  Best price/value ratio we had in Tenerife by far. Huge modern and super clean apartment, all working almost like new. ocean view from terrace, free parking reservation for your car. Massive TV with Netflix and Max HBO working! Great calm location just below the mountains and close to beach and sea pools for free! Close to main city or San Andres black beaches. Highway and mountain roads were both great in this area with epic views.

  L’appartamento è bellissimo, nuovo e molto pulito. Nella parte interna del condominio c’era anche una piscina, di cui Non abbiamo usufruito perché fuori servizio forse per l’ inverno. Letto comodo, divano in un soggiorno molto ampio e cucina dotata di tutto. Vista sull’oceano con la quale è spaziale il risveglio e la colazione sul balcone !

  Attention au système d'ouverture de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble car sans badge impossible d’y entrer pour la première fois sans aide extérieure à moins qu'un élément nous est échappé. Une fois entré c'est ok car badge vigik bien fourni.
  Système d'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement ok mais attention il faut bien faire le code sur pavé numérique sous forme d'ecran noir situé au niveau de la serrure.
