  Nice appartment in good location with a beautiful view over Los Cristianos. You have to walk down a few stairs then you’re right in the middle of the center with restaurants, shops etc. Of course you have to walk back up but we didn’t find it that strenuous. The appartment offers a pool which was very nice. Laci the host was very friendly and offered to pick us up at the bus station as it was raining when we arrived.

  Excellent location, the view was amazing. Loved that we had a lot of facilities: hairdryer, cooking stove, oven (even though we didn't use it), microwave, iron, washing machine etc The host, Lati, is very nice, he waited for us when we arrived and acted promptly whenever we had a problem or a question. Also he is very punctual and we appreciated that. The wifi was ok. We had a problem with the washing machine and it didn't seem to work so we texted him and he even looked up some information that could help us, but in the end we figured out how to use it. Same thing with the stove. He was always willing to come if we had any problems. The location is close to the beach, just some stairs and we are there. The rooms were comfy. We stayed in 1206 and the separate bedroom was a bit chillier as it didn't have that much light, so I slept well there. The room with the kitchen and the other bed is very bright and sunny. We could choose the time we want to check-out or check-in and that was amazing. You can easily find a supermarket or a shop and the beach is perfect. As for the price, it is really worth it considering the view, placement and facilities.

  The property was clean and well located, just walking distance from restaurant and cafés of Los Cristianos as well as the beautiful beach of Las Vistas. Be ready to take many stairs to get to the lively area. We found free parking in the street, the building has a lift and very nice swimming pool.
