  The location and the balcony is just perfect, lovely lounge and also a washing machine if needed.

  The apartment is great. Everything you need is there. Even coffee tea sugar mayonaise ketchup spices left behind by previous people, maybe. Cleaning products, shampoo shower gel, and much more. Place was very clean. The noise from the music bar is no problem
  You don't hear it from the bedroom at the back. The bed is very comfortable.
  Cannot find any fault. Great place to stay. Best of all it's a 3min walk home from the boulevard. The small Dino supermarket is a 5 min walk and Lidl 7 min by bus nr 477 to Los gigantes. Do not take the 473 it stops too far from Lidl but OK on the way back.

  The bed and mattress was ery comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and a fantastic view.

  Great location very central for beach, shops and restaurants but also means some noise from road and bars especially on balcony. Very good double glazing so once doors and window closed and quiet air conditioning unit on lovely and quiet.
  Apartment well furnished with all the small appliances you could need and a cupboard of condiments, coffee papers and filter coffee for the coffee machine, a drawer with foil, cling film, food bags and every utensil you might need. Plenty of shelves and storage in the bathroom for all your toiletries.

  Great walks in both directions, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes to the right and Playa Jaquita/ Alcana and San Juan to the left.
