The balcony becomes your little evening ritual spot – I’d grab a beer from the fridge, sit out there around sunset, and just watch the neighborhood come alive. You’ve got locals walking their dogs, kids playing in the courtyard below, that whole authentic Spanish residential vibe that you miss when you’re stuck in some massive resort complex. Sure, it’s not luxury – the bathroom could use some updating and the furniture is pretty basic – but for the price point and that 8-rating it’s earned, Ocean Park II Vista al mar delivers exactly what it promises.
