The location on La Haya street is actually brilliant — you’re close enough to the action but far enough away that you won’t be dealing with late-night noise from the main tourist strips. I mean, couples consistently rate this spot 8.2 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You can walk to the famous black sand beaches of Playa Jardín in about ten minutes, and the charming old town center with its traditional Canarian architecture is just as close. What’s really nice is that you’re positioned perfectly for exploring both the coastal attractions and the lush botanical gardens that make this part of Tenerife so special.

The Rooms

The accommodations here strike that perfect balance between modern comfort and local character. My room had these lovely touches that reminded me I was in the Canary Islands — not just generic hotel furniture that could be anywhere in Europe. The beds are genuinely comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss hotel beds can be), and there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in for a few days. The bathrooms are well-designed with good water pressure, which might sound basic but it’s something you definitely notice when it’s done right.

Breakfast Experience

The breakfast setup here is where O7 Tenerife really shows its quality. They offer both continental and buffet options, which gives you flexibility depending on your mood or plans for the day. What I appreciated was the inclusion of local specialties alongside the standard international fare — you’ll find proper Spanish cheeses and regional fruits that actually taste like something. The dining area has natural light and doesn’t feel cramped, so even when it’s busy, you’re not fighting for elbow room or waiting forever for the coffee machine.

  Good breakfast & dinner. Really nice surroundings (many restaurants & souvenir shops around, supermarket nearby). Easy access to property if travelling by car. Covenient overall.

  Room excellent, food good and varied from day to day. Quiz nights entertainmenting although not in English. Covered pool great as there were showers.

  Venue is great, dinner with good variety of food of medium quality, breakfast is decent, external pool nice, internal tour operator is useful. The receptionist Eti was very kind and supportive.

  The location was fantastic for what we wanted! And the views around the property were stunning. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s not in the centre of town this is the perfect place to be.
  
  You have the perfect view of Mount Teide from the poolside, along with some stunning parakeets that fly around the palm trees. It’s the perfect place to relax.
  
  There is a pool however it’s not heated and was very very cold, but of course we can’t complain too much about a very refreshing cold swim on a hot day.

  The hotel was clean and bedroom comfortable. The location was good. A steep walk down to the centre and beech but it was fine.

  Great views from the balcony for the superior room, could see both the sea as well as Mt Teide. The room was also newly renovated so it looked modern and comfortable. Providing a jug for the self-service water fountains on each floor was an innovative and environmentally-friendly feature. The location was very close to the bus station, making it convenient to visit all attractions such as Santa Cruz, Mt Teide, etc.

  Despite of the fact the hotel is newly opened again, its really comfortable and has a good location.
  Positive we noticed:

  – Hungarian lady amongs the receptionists
  – lovely pool with Teide panorama
  – wide variety of meals
  – hotel activities (quiz, concerts, yoga etc)
