You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name says “Nice apartment with heating pool” – which honestly sounds like someone threw it into Google Translate – but it’s actually a solid little find tucked away on Calle País Vasco in Adeje. I mean, the heated pool alone makes it worth considering, especially if you’re visiting during those shoulder months when the Atlantic can feel pretty chilly even in the Canaries.

The location is one of those spots that works really well if you know Adeje at all. You’re far enough from the tourist chaos of Playa de las Américas (maybe a 10-minute drive) but close enough that you can easily hit the beaches or grab dinner at those waterfront places everyone raves about. What I really appreciated was how quiet the street gets at night – you can actually sleep with the windows open, which is something you definitely can’t do closer to the main strip. The apartment itself has that lived-in feeling that’s way more comfortable than those sterile hotel rooms, and honestly, having a kitchen comes in handy when you want to grab groceries from the Mercadona down the road instead of paying tourist prices for every meal.

The heated pool is the real star here, though. It’s not huge – I’d say maybe six people could use it comfortably at once – but the temperature is perfect year-round, and there’s something really nice about having a late evening swim when the place gets quiet. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Adeje, nothing fancy but well-maintained, and parking was surprisingly easy (which, if you’ve ever tried to park in some parts of Tenerife, you know that’s not always a given). The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury by any stretch, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for longer trips when you want that apartment-style setup rather than the hotel experience.

  The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was quiet, relaxing and in a sunny spot and close to local amenities. It was in a gated area and felt very safe and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: The only improvement would be a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

  What could be improved: Dirty bathroom,kitchen area.Broken shower and toilet.Lack of plug sockets meaning you have to use the dining table to plug in the kettle or toaster,whilst watching the water that escapes from the leaking kettle does not go in the toaster.
  Broken outdoor corner suites (yes all of them) so were unable to use them.
  Every time we used the shower the bidet would then make the bathroom smell of sewage.Missing shower curtain means water escapes from bathroom every time into the living area.
  Cut our feet on the living room floors as they were uneven.

  Район тихий и спокойный. Закрытая территория. Красивый вид с террасы на океан.
  
  What could be improved: Нет лифта. Чтобы попасть в апартаменты нужно пройти 48 ступенек и еще столько же чтобы спуститься к бассейну. Нет частной парковки. На улице очень сложно припарковать машину вечером. Пешком идти до пляжа далеко. Апартаменты находятся на склоне горы и подниматься пешком по жаре тяжело. Нет рядом продуктовых магазинов.
