  Location is great, near bus station, supermarket, restaurants. Very kind and helpfull owner! The appartment is very great equiped. I was apreciate that there was not only a washing machine but the washing powder and it was not necessary to buy it ! I washed my clothes, swam in the pool, cooked my dinner and mostly I enjoyed the stay there! I liked the green trees in the area!

  A casual and warm welcome from Cesar – I got a lot of help through WhatsApp to get to the apartment. The spot is well located – 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España and the ramblas, 3 minutes from Mercado Señora de Africa (a cute place with a lot of little local shops and a supermarket), basically on the seafront… some restaurants and bar around… You can easily park your car in the street in front of the building, for free. The place is quiet. You have everything you need in the apartment and in the neighborhood. I could have stayed a month or more!
