You know what struck me first about this place? The name is honestly a bit much – NEW SEAFRONT DREAMING VIEW APARTMENT sounds like someone fed a marketing algorithm too much caffeine – but once you’re actually standing on that balcony looking out over Los Cristianos beach, you sort of get it. The location on Paseo Maritimo is pretty much perfect if you want to roll out of bed and onto the sand, though I should mention the promenade can get surprisingly busy with joggers and dog walkers around 7 AM if you’re a light sleeper.

The apartment itself feels like what you’d expect from a solid 3-star setup – clean, functional, nothing fancy but everything works. What I really appreciated was how the kitchen actually had proper utensils (you’d be amazed how many places skimp on this), and the shower had decent water pressure, which honestly matters more than most people realize until they’re standing under a sad trickle after a day at the beach. The furnishings are a bit dated – think early 2000s IKEA vibes – but the view really does make up for it. I mean, you’re literally watching the ferries come and go from La Gomera while you’re having your morning coffee.

Here’s the thing about Los Cristianos that most people don’t realize until they’re here – it’s got this perfect balance where you’re close enough to walk to Playa de Las Vistas (honestly one of the better beaches in the south) but far enough from the Playa de las Américas chaos that you can actually sleep at night. The building sits right where the action is but not where the drunk British tourists are singing at 2 AM, if you know what I mean. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak season – there’s a public lot about a five-minute walk away, but locals will tell you to try the streets behind the church early in the morning. The 7.3 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend most of my time exploring the coast rather than lounging around the accommodation.

  Fotky ubytování odpovídají skutečnosti, Opravdu krásný výhled. Všechno blízko, obchod, restaurace, pláž. Parkování u domu. Jedná se snad o jediné ubytko v okolí, které je hned u oceánu, ještě před pěší zónou. Ubytovatel reagoval na SMS okamžitě. Například chybějící ovladač od brány parkoviště obratem dodal.
  
  What could be improved: Co vidím jako mínus je přístav, kde se jako na kolotoči střídají obrovské trajekty, které po celou dobu parkování nevypínají své obrovské motory a hučí. Tento zvuk provází tuto část pláže celý den, v noci je přístav prázdný a je klid. A je potřeba počítat s komáry v ložnici. (nechápeme kde se brali, protože na terase i když jsme svítili nebyl ani jeden)

  L'emplacement, la vue évidemment !
  Cet édifice est incroyable et ne devrait même plus exister. Il est construit presque dans la mer !
  La gentillesse, l’extrême gentillesse de la personne qui nous a reçus a l’agence Aronas Holidays.
  Et tous les échanges que nous avons eus avec cette agence. Merci.

  L’accueil à l'arrivée.
  En réponse nous avons confirmé 3 fois notre heure d'arrivée. Pour rien.
  Malgré nos appels, nous avons attendu 1 heure sous la pluie (et oui) et la personne qui nous a remis les clefs n’était clairement pas là pour autre chose que pour nous tendre les clefs… sans plus.
  Le bruit, constant, des allées et retour de ferries.
  La pauvreté des équipements, un sofa en plastique hors d'age, toute la vaisselle dépareillée, le micro-onde dans l'étagère bibliothèque,
  La salle de bains : vous devez faire au moins 1.80 mètre pour attraper la douchette ! Mais ils ont mis une marche de bébé pour vous venir en aide…. Le bac de douche fuit, vous avez droit à un bain de pieds en prime !
  L'odeur pestilentielle dans la salle de bains, elle arrive par la colonne de service et on ne peut rien faire pour l’empêcher.
  ET, cerise sur le gâteau : La propriétaire d'un appartement qui est venue plusieurs fois nous dire que nous faisions trop de bruit ! Nous insistons à lui dire que ce n'est pas nous et la réponse (en français) : Dégagez, trou du cul.
