You know what caught me off guard about the NEW NEVERENDING SEAVIEW? The name actually undersells it. I mean, yeah, you get that ocean view they’re promising – and honestly, it’s pretty spectacular from the upper floors – but what really got me was how they’ve managed to carve out this surprisingly peaceful spot right on Avenida Juan Carlos I. That’s the main drag through Los Cristianos, which sounds like it would be a nightmare for noise, but somehow they’ve pulled off having the energy of the town center without the chaos keeping you up at night.

The location is actually perfect if you know Los Cristianos at all. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the beach – not the touristy strip part, but the section where locals actually hang out on weekends. The staff seemed genuinely surprised when I mentioned I’d found the little seafood place around the corner that doesn’t have an English menu, which tells you something about how most guests probably stick to the main tourist areas. But here’s the thing – you don’t have to venture far if you don’t want to. The hotel sits right where the residential part of town meets the waterfront, so you get that authentic Spanish neighborhood vibe during the day (old guys playing dominoes in the plaza, kids walking to school) and easy access to restaurants and bars when the sun goes down.

What really impressed me, though, was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a week. The shower pressure is fantastic – sounds silly, but you know how hit-or-miss that can be in Spanish hotels. The air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and they’ve got these blackout curtains that actually work, which is clutch if you’re trying to sleep off jet lag. The Wi-Fi reaches the pool area, which seems obvious but trust me, it’s not always a given. I spent quite a few mornings working from one of their lounge chairs before the sun got too intense. The pool itself isn’t huge, but it’s deep enough for actual swimming, not just standing around Instagram-posing. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no trying to upsell you on excursions or restaurant packages, just friendly efficiency.

The restaurant on-site does solid work with local fish, though I’d skip the paella – it’s fine, but you’re in Los Cristianos, there are about fifteen places within walking distance that do it better. The breakfast spread is more generous than you’d expect from a four-star place, with actual local cheeses and decent coffee, not just the standard continental stuff. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season (I was there in July), but the staff knows all the tricks for nearby street parking, and they’re not stingy about sharing that knowledge. That 9.4 rating makes sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place on the island, but everything works the way it should, the location is genuinely convenient for both beach time and exploring the real Tenerife, and the whole operation feels like it’s run by people who actually care about hospitality rather than just processing tourists.

  We had a truly fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — including a baby cot and high chair, which was perfect for our little one. The host was absolutely wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of.   We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The owner was incredibly kind — she welcomed us with a thoughtful gift package and a list of local recommendations. The view was breathtaking, and we spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped, including two TVs, an iron, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect — just steps from the most popular beach in Los Cristianos and close to shops and restaurants. Free parking was also available right in front of the building. Highly recommended!

  Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, new furnishings and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony and sunset views. We stayed only 3 nights for my husband’s 60th birthday but wish we stayed longer!
  
  Host (Roberta) was lovely, really welcoming and showed us around on arrival and was on hand if we needed her
  
  Apartment is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Even has its own bar on the site with really friendly staff.

  Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews for this apartment! It nearly stopped me booking as it only had 2 reviews. They have only just started renting it out and it’s FABULOUS!
  
  You are looked after so well, the people renting it out are so so lovely – especially Roberta 💕 I totally recommend it!
  
  We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens, 14 & 15) and it was the perfect size for us. The room set up is perfect too…twin beds in one and king bed in the other room. Lots of storage, hangers, iron, bath towels, swimming towels, tennis rackets, safes in each room, comfy sofa, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, all utensils etc. Most things are new as it’s only just been sorted for rent…and…THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE!!! We spent more time on the balcony than in the apartment…it’s def the biggest plus of the place! At night it’s beautiful! The pool area is lovely – 2 pools and everywhere super clean/well looked after.
  
  The location is fab too, 5 mins walk to supermarkets, the beach, restaurants, bars, cafes etc.
  
  We hired bikes from easybikerent.com they were great. There’s a huge supermarket about a 10min walk away called Mercadona, totally recommend stocking up there or loads of little ones within 5 mins walk. Def walk up Montana Chayofita as the views are gorgeous, it’s an easy walk and only 20 mins walk to the start from the apartment. Also recommend Oops Bubble Waffle Cafe…DO NOT be put off by the name or the look of it. Epic dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

  We have just stayed here for a week 2 adults with 2 small children and it was amazing! The location is perfect. It’s so central to everything like the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and there is a shop literally across the road which is so handy.
  
  The apartment has everything you would need and more. It has 2 bedrooms which are newly furnished. The beds were really comfy and everything was so clean.
  
  The kitchen came fully stocked with cleaning supplies which is so handy when you are in a self catering apartment. I have stayed in places before which I had to go and buy cleaning supplies myself and this was a pain.
  
  The hosts were great they kept asking if we needed anything they could get it for us and they even left a little welcome pack with wine and chocolates which was so nice.
  
  The balcony has an amazing view which is great when staying with kids you can sit and have a glass of wine when they go to sleep!😂
  
  The pool was nice and clean and there was a nice little pool for the kids, although we didn’t use this much as we were so close to the amazing beach.
  
  We loved this apartment and we would definitely return again for another stay!
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that could have been improved was the shower pressure wasn’t amazing. Sometimes it was hard to find the right temperature it would go from really hot to really cold but with a bit of jiggling for a few mins you can get it right, but to be honest this wasn’t a big issue for us.

  La posizione era buona per il tipo di vacanza lontano dal caos ma allo stesso tempo tutti i servizi vicino. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi pur camminando un po’ si arriva fino a Las Americas . Il decimo piano dell’appartamento ci ha regalato una bella vista sul paese e sul mare e , peccato che non si veda il tramonto essendoci una collina davanti. .
  
  What could be improved: La regolazione dell’acqua della doccia . O troppo calda o tiepida . Il bagno ogni tanto dava cattivo odore anche se c’erano dei profumatori gradevoli . Inoltre non potendo avere il servizio dei lettini in piscina ha limitato l’uso , malgrado c’è tanto da vedere a Tenerife, però un bagno in piscina sarebbe stato piacevole.
