So I stumbled across Nena Luxury Home by HelloApartments on Alfonso Ferrer street, and honestly? It’s one of those places that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special in Puerto de Santiago. The building itself sits quietly on this residential street – you know, the kind where locals actually live, not just tourist central – and there’s something refreshing about that. When I first walked up, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical (the name sounds a bit corporate, doesn’t it?), but the moment you step inside, you get why this place has that 9.1 rating.

The apartment actually feels like a luxury home, not just another rental property someone’s trying to squeeze money out of. The space is thoughtfully designed – I mean, whoever set this up clearly spent time thinking about how people actually live and move around. The kitchen has proper counter space (you’d be surprised how rare that is), and the living areas flow naturally without feeling cramped. What really got me was the attention to little details – good lighting for reading, outlets where you actually need them, shower pressure that doesn’t make you want to cry. The decor walks that fine line between stylish and comfortable, sort of modern but not cold, if that makes sense.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned in Puerto de Santiago without being stuck in the thick of tourist chaos. Alfonso Ferrer is quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open, but you’re still just a few minutes’ walk from the marina and those black sand beaches everyone comes to see. The local cafés along the main strip know their regulars, and there’s this little bakery – I think it’s called Panadería something – about three blocks down that does these incredible pastries if you’re up early enough. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (isn’t it always?), but the HelloApartments team was surprisingly helpful with local tips during check-in. They actually seem to know the area rather than just reading from a script. I stayed during shoulder season in October, and honestly, it felt like having a proper home base to explore from rather than just a place to crash. The whole experience just works – which sounds simple, but you know how often travel accommodations fail at the basics.

  Nice rooms equipped with high-quality amenities and fixtures everywhere, including a well-appointed kitchen. The microwave had a high-tech front, so I mistook it for an oven, and brought home a frozen pissa for my lunch, which I then had to prepare using the grill-function of the microwave — it sort of worked :^/
  There is solid, wooden furniture on the balcony, including a small dining table, and if you sit on the right side of this, you have a nice view to the sea,
  The beach is close by, or you can walk to the left or the right along the coast finding benches where you may sit and enjoy the view of the waves rolling ashore. Or take the bus to shopping centers.

  Komfortiški apartamentai ilgesnei viešnagei Tenerifėje. Šiuose apartamentuose buvome apsistoję dviese, dviems savaitėms. Apartamentų savininkai suteikė visą reikiamą informaciją žinutėmis, pasidalino rekomendacijomis. Į apartamentus patekome labai paprastai, gavome nemokamą vietą pasistatyti automobilį vaizdo kameromis stebimoje aikštelėje. Apartamentuose buvo viskas, ko mums prireikė atostogų metu (kavos aparatas su kavos kapsulėmis, skalbimo mašina, lygintuvas, paplūdimio rankšluosčiai, dušo reikmenys, džiovintuvas ir kt.) Apartamentai yra pirmame aukšte su jaukia terasa ir vaizdu į vandenyną. Iki vandenyno 2 min pėsčiomis. Netoliese yra restoranų, mažų parduotuvėlių, vaisių parduotuvė. Antrą kartą viešint Tenerifėje dar kartą rinktumėmės šiuos apartamentus.

  Krásné čisté ubytování blízko městské pláže, s bazénem, hezké vybavení, žádný problém s check-inem (přesné informace nám napsali do zprávy) ani s check-outem. Ocenili jsme pračku na ubytování a i žehličku. Fajn prozákaznický přístup 🙂

  Apartamento muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Pasamos una semana fenomenal, tiene de todo, y la terracita es perfecta para comer fuera. Genial también el tener piscina y varias opciones de parking privado. Se estaba muy fresco, tanto que aunque tenía aire acondicionado no lo usamos siquiera. La zona es muy tranquila y se duerme fenomenal con la ventana abierta.
