Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Nayara Sunset on Galicia street, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. I mean, Adeje has its share of tourist traps, especially this close to the coast. But you know what? Sometimes the unassuming spots surprise you the most. This little hotel sits in one of those quiet residential pockets that most visitors never discover – you’re literally a few minutes from all the Playa de las Américas chaos, but it feels like you’re staying in an actual Spanish neighborhood where people live their real lives.

The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth (they speak decent English, which helps), and honestly, the room was way cleaner than I expected. The balcony – and most rooms seem to have one – faces west, so you get these incredible sunset views over the Atlantic that’ll make you forget you’re not paying resort prices. The pool area is small but never felt crowded, even when I was there in late spring when things start picking up. I spent most evenings out there with a beer from the little market around the corner on Calle Finlandia, watching the locals walk their dogs and kids play football in the street below. There’s something genuinely relaxing about hearing actual neighborhood sounds instead of constant pool music and drunk tourists.

What really sold me on this place was the location – it’s perfectly positioned if you want options. Walk ten minutes downhill and you’re at the beach and all the restaurants and bars, but head the other direction toward the TF-1 and you’ve got supermarkets, local tapas spots, and the bus stop that’ll take you anywhere on the island for practically nothing. The parking situation is actually decent too (street parking right outside most of the time), which anyone who’s driven around Tenerife’s coast knows is kind of a miracle. I ended up extending my stay an extra two nights because, well, why mess with a good thing? The 9.7 rating isn’t just people being nice – this place delivers exactly what it promises without trying to be something it’s not. If you want a real base for exploring southern Tenerife without the tourist bubble nonsense, Nayara Sunset gets it right.

  Very good location. I spent a wonderful month there with my family. The place is great, quiet if you don't like noisy costa adeje. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. The terrace in this apartment is something amazing. The company that rents it is very responsive. I will definitely use their services again when I return on holiday to Tenerife.

  Very spacious apartment, very clean. Just as it was on the pictures. All credit to the upkeep of the accommodation.
  Kitchen very organised with essential items required, washing machine too. Dishwasher was excellent.
  Air con in rooms.
  Bathroom….spotless.
  Comfy beds with extra bedding too. Lots of towels ready to use.
  Comfy settees both inside and outside.
  Garage available to use. Secure apartments with key only access.
  
  What could be improved: More information around the distance to the beach would have been ideal. It took us around 35 to 40 minutes to walk to the beach, it was all downhill but a long walk back. Either a car is essential or taxis are a must. These tended to cost is 6 euro each way.
  Please supply some coasters for hot drinks for your lovely tables, also consider more plastic glasses for outside use.
  Pool area not great, but then again we didn't know it had one.

  Tényleg olyan az apartman mint a képeken, tágas, kényelmes, jólfelszerelt, hatalmas terasszal, gyönyörű kilátással az óceánra, Adeje-re és a hegyekre. Nappal és este is szép látvány. Csendes, nyugodt környék. 1,5-2km a part ott már nem lehetne éjszaka nagyon aludni. Viszont bulizni igen. Autóbérlés mindenképp kell. Van privát parkoló a teremgarázsban. Szóval minden szuper volt. Nekünk Dave adta át a kulcsot, kedves, segítőkész.
  
  What could be improved: Egyedül a fürdőszoba ajtót említeném meg. Az eredeti ajtó helyett egy üveg tolóajtó volt betéve ami nem zárta el teljesen a belátást. Nekünk nem volt nagy probléma mert majdnem egy család vagyunk, de ha két külön pár foglal itt szállást akkor okozhat gondot.

  Las vistas panorámicas son espectaculares. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la ducha era genial. Para lo que queríamos, la ubicación era excelente, y teniendo en cuenta la ubicación, el apartamento era tranquilo. El balcón es grande y tiene muebles de sobra para nuestras necesidades. Fue fantástico tener una lavadora y una buena plancha de vapor. El aparcamiento tenía buen tamaño, incluso para mi 4×4.
  
  What could be improved: Lo único que no nos gustó fue que poder extender nuestra estancia y que la hora de salida era un poco temprana.

  Rewelacyjny taras z wygodnymi kanapami i leżakami. Przestronny i w dobrym stylu umeblowany apartament. Cisza i spokój. Trzeba mieć auto bo wszędzie daleko.
  
  What could be improved: Zimna woda w basenie. Brak kawy i herbaty na przywitanie. Przyjechaliśmy po 23 i nie mogliśmy zrobić już zakupów. Miło by było napić się czegoś gorącego.
