It had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, plus a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The location is very convenient, not far from the highway, making it easy to explore the island in all directions. Additionally, there is a pool available on-site, although we did not use it as the water was too cold.

  Very nice, clean and bright apartment with an amazing seaview. The roofterrace is just perfect! Short ride to both the north and south of the island. We stayed with a baby and so it was very nice to have such a wonderfull place to relax and enjoy the sun 🙂

  Perfect place to spend holidays in Tenerife!
  Even if the property is not located directly in a tourist district, this is a perfect house to stay at if you wish to explore Tenerife authentic way. Very peaceful and it almost feels like you have your own beach. Super clean house with beautiful rooftop.
  If you are renting car then there is no problem to get to all the other places you wish to go to, because of this location you will only have to drive around 30-35 min to go to south or north where are all the tourist and sightseeing excursions.
  There was always available parking spots around the house.
  There are all the necessary utilities in the house.
  Definitely better than staying in a hotel! Me and my family loved this place.

  Alles war rundum perfekt!
  Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie da mit zwei Kindern( 7 und 5 jährig).
  Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Ventilator und wir das Elternschlafzimmer mit viel Platz für Kleidern und auch Ventilator.
  Für alles war gesorgt.
  Es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen und die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum.
  
  Vermieter war zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort für die Übergabe der Schlüssel uns der Wohnung.
  Tollen Blick und jeden Tag ein Traum Sonnenaufgang.
  Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen nichts aussetzen!!! Perfecto!!
