Here’s what I really appreciated — this is an adults-only property, and they take that seriously in the best possible way. The pools are serene, conversations happen at normal volumes, and there’s this sense of calm that you just don’t get at family resorts. The spa facilities are genuinely impressive, with treatments that incorporate local volcanic elements. You know what? It’s the kind of place where you can actually read a book by the pool without constant splashing and noise.   The pool. The pool on the "Level" was lovely. Never overcrowded and well maintained.
  Breakfast, lunch and dinner: All offered a wide variety of choice. The food was lovely (although the soup was often lukewarm)
  Staff: Always friendly and polite. Many choices of what to do in the hotel. A wide variety of classes which were fun, as well as pilates, stretching, yoga and dance classes. There was something for everyone. Water exercises included running on treadmills, bouncing on trampolines and using bikes, all in the pool. A lot of effort has gone in to providing such a wide choice of things to do, the staff were friendly and fun.
