Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “MarketHome Lagos de Mareverde,” I thought it was going to be some generic apartment complex trying too hard to sound fancy. But actually walking up to the building on Avenida Ernesto Sarti, you realize this place gets something right that a lot of hotels in Adeje miss. It’s tucked into this residential area that feels authentically Spanish, not like the tourist bubble you get closer to the beach resorts. The apartment-style setup means you’re staying in what feels like a real neighborhood – you know, where locals are walking their dogs in the morning and kids are playing football in the small plaza nearby.

What really surprised me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re maybe a 10-minute walk from all the Playa de las Américas chaos. The building itself isn’t flashy (it’s a solid 3-star, nothing more, nothing less), but apartment G13 had this lived-in comfort that made me actually want to hang out there instead of just crashing after beach days. The kitchen setup is proper functional – I mean, you can actually cook a meal if you want to save some euros instead of eating out every night. And honestly, with the local Mercadona just down the street, it’s kind of nice to grab some jamón and fresh bread for breakfast instead of paying hotel prices. The whole place has that slightly worn-in feel that somehow makes it more relaxing, like staying at a friend’s place rather than a sterile hotel room.

Here’s the thing about this location that took me a few days to appreciate – you’re positioned perfectly between the tourist zone and the real Adeje. Walk one direction and you hit the beach madness, walk the other and you’re in actual Spanish suburbia where the restaurants don’t have English menus and everything costs half as much. The buses run regularly along Ernesto Sarti, so you don’t need to worry about getting around, but there’s also something to be said for just wandering the neighborhood streets in the evening when it’s cooler. I kept seeing the same faces – the woman who runs the little corner shop, guys playing dominoes outside the bar – and by the end of the week, they’d nod hello. That 8.9 rating makes total sense to me because this isn’t trying to be luxury, it’s just doing the apartment-hotel thing really well. Sure, the building could use a fresh coat of paint and the elevator is one of those tiny European ones that barely fits two people, but those are minor details when you’re getting genuine local flavor at a price that won’t destroy your vacation budget.

  This was an amazing stay! We had everything needed in the apartment and the hosts were so nice. It’s close to the beach, shopping mall and restaurants. There’s also a nice pool on the territory.

  Ambiente molto tranquillo e pulito, sofia e stata molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del wc, ma lei si è subito adoperata a risolvere il problema, nonostante fossero le 8 di sera, ha chiamato il tecnico e con un’ora la stanza era di nuovo pronta e pulita, senza nessun costo aggiuntivo.
  All’interno della struttura, oltre alle meravigliose piscine che partono dai 0.55m fino ai 2.50m, c’è un bar che dispone colazioni, pranzi e bevute dalle 10 alle 20, la proprietaria è una ragazza molto socievole e solare.
  La posizione è ottima, vicina a supermarket 24/7, prossima all’ingresso/uscita della TF-1, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare dove si possono trovare dei ristoranti molto belli e buoni; insomma è tutto raggiungile a piedi.
  La città è molto tranquilla, si può girare tranquillamente senza rischi (o almeno per noi è stato così).
  Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, ottimo posto.

  Appartamento fantastico. Piccolo ma veramente con tutto il necessario, dal bollitore, al tostapane, macchina del caffè, forno, lavatrice. Non mancava nulla.

  Massima disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Buona la posizione del residence a circa 500/600 metri dalla spiaggia. Alcune parti del residence sono molto belle e curate altre un pò meno.
