Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Mareverde WIFI 1 bedroom apartment” listed, I almost scrolled past it thinking it was just another generic rental. But this little place on Avenida Ernesto Sarti actually surprised me in the best way possible. The name doesn’t do it justice, really. You’re basically getting a proper apartment that feels like someone’s well-loved home rather than a sterile hotel room, and honestly? That 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’re there.

The location is what really got me – Adeje isn’t the touristy chaos you’ll find closer to the coast, but you’re still only about ten minutes from the good beaches if you rent a car (which, let’s be real, you should do anyway in Tenerife). What I loved about staying here is that you actually get to see how locals live. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down where the coffee is ridiculously good, and the evening walks through the neighborhood are peaceful in a way that the resort areas just… aren’t. The apartment itself has that lived-in comfort that makes you want to actually cook a meal instead of eating out every night. The kitchen’s properly equipped – I mean, there’s real olive oil in there, not those tiny hotel packets. And the WiFi? Well, they put it right in the name for a reason. Worked perfectly for my remote work days, which was honestly a relief.

You know what impressed me most though? The small details that show someone actually cares about this place. Fresh towels that smell like they were dried outside, a balcony where you can sit with morning coffee and watch the town wake up, and – this might sound weird – but the shower pressure is fantastic. After a week of hotel showers that barely trickle, it’s the little things that matter. The building’s quiet too, which shocked me because Spanish apartments can be… well, let’s just say thin walls are common. But I slept like a baby here. If you’re the type who needs to be right in the middle of everything, this might feel a bit removed, but that’s exactly why I’d recommend it. Sometimes you want to experience a place rather than just visit it, and this apartment lets you do that without breaking the bank or dealing with resort crowds.

  The apartment is ideally situated close to shopping area’s restaurants pubs and beach the pool is just down the stairs easy access the bus stop is just outside the complex gates ( bus to airport 30 minutes max) the apartment had everything you needed nothing lacking very comfortable WiFi included even good signal around pool area Yolanda was a super host very friendly informative and full off helpful ideas will definitely stay here again

  Great apartment everything you need for a great holiday, apartment was spotless well situated for shops bars restaurants and a large supermarket 5 minutes walk, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the promenade. Host was exceptional kept in touch and responded very quickly if there was a problem would highly recommend this apartment even overlooks the pool.

  This cosy apartment on the Mareverde complex is in a very good location close to beaches, the town, a gym and shopping centre. There are lots of pools and a pool bar with a pool table. Yolanda was very nice and met us upon arrival. We arrived early in the day and the apartment was not ready so she allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment while we looked around and went to the beach. The apartment has 2 single beds in the bedroom,a bathroom with washing machine,kitchen and living room which opens out into the balcony.When leaving, we had an early morning flight and Yolanda came to the apartment at a time that suited us to collect the keys. Apartment is very cosy and modern and also has a nice balcony with chairs,table and outside barbeque overlooking the pool.

  The property was neat and clean. That ladies who was there to meet me and show me the property was very polite and informative.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was too small with the wrong kind of tap on, everytime you move you hit the tap turning it off, hot, cold.

  For us the apartment was ok. Everything needed was there. Walking distance to a Mercadona, beach, restaurants etc. Hostess is very friendly and the bed sheets are changed once a week if you stay for a longer period. We stayed there for 3 weeks.
  
  What could be improved: There were cats in the facility and then they were fighting and doing their business outside. Luckily there are maintenance people who clean daily. The pools were a bit cold but as days went by the water got warmer also. If you wish to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun, then only your face will get some sun 🙂 The couch was very unfomfortable. We put the mattress on the floor then all good.

  The hostess was exceptional, she went above and beyond to look at excursions for us, to look at bus routes for us, to ask her friends and family for the best restaurants to go to.
  The apartment was lovely, bedding and towels changed once through out the 10 days. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and to the supermarket.
