You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name sounds like pure marketing fluff – “Luxury Sun & Sea view suite paraiso” – but honestly, they’re not overselling it. I mean, when you’re standing on that terrace looking out over the Atlantic, with Playa de Fañabé stretching out below, the whole “paraiso” thing doesn’t feel quite so cheesy anymore.

The location on Avenida Adeje 300 is actually pretty clever if you know the area. You’re far enough up the hill to get those proper sea views (and trust me, some of these “sea view” places in Adeje are stretching the definition), but you can still walk down to the beach in about ten minutes. The promenade along Costa Adeje is right there, which means you’ve got that whole strip of restaurants and bars within easy reach – though fair warning, it can get pretty lively on weekend nights. If you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs or ask for a room facing away from the main drag.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to punch above their weight for a 3-star property. The suites are properly spacious – not just a regular room with a kitchenette shoved in the corner. There’s actual separation between the living area and bedroom, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying for more than a few nights. The kitchen setup is decent too, with a proper fridge and enough counter space to actually prepare meals if you want to save some euros (because let’s be honest, eating out every night in Costa Adeje adds up fast). The pool area stays surprisingly quiet during the day – I think because a lot of guests head straight to the beach – so you can actually relax without fighting for chairs or dealing with poolside DJ sets.

The staff deserves a mention here because they seem to genuinely care about getting things right. Check-in was smooth, they actually listened when I mentioned I was celebrating an anniversary, and housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive. Small things, but they matter when you’re trying to switch off from real life for a week. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season – the garage fills up quickly – but there’s usually street parking nearby if you don’t mind a short walk. Just watch out for the local parking restrictions; they’re pretty strict about enforcement around here.

If I’m being completely honest, the decor won’t win any design awards – it’s that safe, inoffensive hotel style you see everywhere – but everything works, it’s clean, and those views more than make up for any lack of personality in the furnishings. The balcony furniture is actually comfortable enough to spend proper time outside, which isn’t always the case with these places. And here’s something I didn’t expect: the Wi-Fi actually works reliably throughout the property, even by the pool. Seems trivial until you’re trying to upload vacation photos or need to check something important.

Bottom line? This isn’t the kind of place that’ll blow you away with flashy amenities, but it delivers exactly what it promises – a comfortable base with genuine sea views in one of Tenerife’s best resort areas. For the price point, especially considering that 9-point rating isn’t just tourist review inflation, it’s solid value. Just book early if you’re planning to visit during winter months; word’s getting out about this one.

  The apartment was lovely, a lot of good facilities ie glass ware, ironing, washing, comfy bed, extra pillows.

We had to reach out to the host who then sent us a pin which still didn’t take us. The host was very helpful though they walked along and got us. The other thing is no air con 🙁 not ideal. Also really out the way so expect to take a lot of cabs to get to places.
