Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Luxury Flat, few minutes from Fanabe Beach!” in the listing, I rolled my eyes a bit. You know how these titles can be, right? But honestly, this place on Avenida Ernesto Sarti actually delivers on that promise, which caught me off guard in the best way.

The location is what really makes this work. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk to Fanabe Beach – and I’m talking about an actual easy stroll, not some tourist-brochure version where “minutes” means a sweaty 15-minute hike. The street itself is pretty quiet (well, as quiet as you can get this close to the beach action), and there’s this little supermarket around the corner that honestly saved me multiple times when I needed basics without trekking into the main tourist zones. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel – there’s actual personality here, not that sterile chain-hotel vibe that makes everywhere feel the same. The kitchen is properly equipped, which matters if you’re like me and get tired of eating out every single meal. I actually made coffee there most mornings and sat on the balcony watching people head to the beach with their umbrellas and coolers.

What surprised me most was how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re so close to everything. I was expecting to hear the beach bars until 2 AM, but the building sits just far enough back from the main drag that you get the ocean breeze without the constant chatter. The WiFi actually works (revolutionary concept, I know), and there’s decent water pressure in the shower – honestly, these are the things that make or break a stay for me. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season, but there’s usually something on the side streets if you’re willing to walk an extra block or two. The 9.2 rating makes sense when you stay here – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, just a really solid, comfortable place that gets the fundamentals right. You’re close enough to walk to Costa Adeje’s fancier restaurants if you want to splurge, but you can also grab a bocadillo from the local place down the street and eat it on Fanabe Beach watching the sunset. That’s kind of the sweet spot this place hits – you have options without being stuck in either extreme.

  Apartment was in perfect location close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Everything. It was in a beautiful complex with so many pools, which we loved. Clean and modern. Owner was respectful, helpful and even when we had little complications he was always there to help. Complex was quiet, safe and comfortable. Little bar in the middle was nice thing if you didnt want to go to center to grab a beer, you could have one just by your pool. We enjoyed our stay here. 💫
  
  What could be improved: Wi-fi was working and not working i would say on and off. We needed to work from home so that was the only thing quite annoying, but other than that everything was good.

  The complex where the flat is based is great and has a lot of pools. There are small shops and great restaurants nearby.
  
  The apartment is modern, well equiped, clean and cosy. It has a nice terrace where we enjoyed our mornings and evenings.
  
  We were able to work from there, as it has wi-fi and a big table in the living area.
  
  We would definitely go back!
  
  What could be improved: The living couch was not that comfortable, but not a biggie. And the wi-fi had some issues now and then, but it was manageable.
  Also, the complex has cockroaches at night, but I think that's a general problem of the island itself.
