You know what? I’ve walked past this building on Calle Minerva dozens of times, but I never really paid attention to it until I actually stayed at Luxury Alondras E108. It’s one of those places that doesn’t scream for attention from the street – honestly, you might miss it if you’re not looking for the number 16 – but once you’re inside, it’s a completely different story.

The thing about this spot is that it sits right in the heart of Arona, which means you’re actually living like a local rather than being stuck in some tourist bubble. I mean, there’s a little bakery about two blocks down that opens at 6 AM, and the smell of fresh bread drifts up the street most mornings. The apartment itself (because let’s be real, this is more like having your own luxury apartment than a typical hotel room) has these gorgeous tile floors that stay cool even when it’s blazing hot outside – and trust me, it gets hot in Arona during summer. The kitchen actually works, too, which is rare. I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny European fridges that can barely hold a bottle of wine. The whole place has this modern but warm feel, with these huge windows that let in tons of natural light. What really got me was the attention to detail – the linens are genuinely high quality, the kind that make you want to figure out where they bought them, and the shower pressure is phenomenal (honestly, better than my apartment back home).

Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to figure out – you’re close enough to walk to the coast, maybe fifteen minutes if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll, but you’re also right where the real life happens. There’s this little plaza nearby where people gather in the evenings, and you’ll hear kids playing and neighbors chatting until pretty late, but it’s not disruptive noise, more like… comfortable background life, you know? Parking can be a bit tricky during the day – the streets are narrow and locals know all the good spots – but there’s usually something available in the evening. The check-in process was smooth, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. I actually appreciated that it felt more personal, less corporate. The whole experience reminded me why I love staying in places where you feel like you’re actually experiencing how people live in a place, rather than just passing through. If you’re the type who wants to duck into a local market for fresh tomatoes and actually cook with them, or sit on a real balcony with your morning coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up, this is your spot.

  I had an amazing stay at this apartment – 10/10!
  The apartment is newly renovated, modern, and spotlessly clean. It is located right next to the pool, which was very convenient.
  The owner was incredibly welcoming and even left a lovely welcome treat for us, which was a wonderful surprise.
  I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

  Apartamento muy moderno completamente reformado con todas las modernidades y detalles posibles ( secador tostadora comida..etc). Muy muy acogedor . Todo muy limpio y con piscina con acceso desde la terraza.
  Sin duda repetiré en la próxima ocasión.

  tökéletes volt, már várt ránk a szállásadó, a ház rendkívül felszerelt, kérésre kaptunk még extra törülközöket is, kévá, snack, sütemény,csoki várt. légkondi 3 féle streaming, 200€-val olcsóbb volt mint egy azonos szintű másik szállás, ezért foglaltuk át és nem bántuk meg. jó döntés volt.

  El apartamento es realmente extraordinario, recientemente reformado con mucho gusto, cuidando todos los detalles para que se esté cómodo. Jesús, el anfitrión, atento, cordial y muy amable, pendiente tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Pone a disposición un pack de bienvenida para picar algo cuando llegues, tomar un café o un refresco. Absolutamente recomendable para estancia de trabajo como de ocio.

  Nowoczesność wystroju i wyposażenia oraz basen.
  Kuchnia pozwala na przygotowywanie posiłków na miejscu – niczego nie brakuje! Wszystko pachnie nowością. System multimedialny i klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Blisko do plaży.
