  Communication with host was excellent. My flight was delayed by 2 hours and still waited till 11pm to give me keys and on check out let me stay till in apartment till 4pm as had an evening flight.

  Lovely apartment with everything you’d need for a comfortable holiday. Good size balcony- nice to watch the sunset. Good facilities. Nice pool in a clean secure and quiet complex. Comfortable 5 foot bed. Little things like, tea and coffee, beach towels and blanket provided. Nice touch. Plenty extra pillows and sheets. Washing tab provided for the washing machine was handy to freshen the towels.

  As we were staying for four weeks, having a washing machine was important for us. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and therefore was as we were expecting. We have been to Los Cristianos before and knew the area where the apartment was situated so were aware of it’s position relative to the sea front and the uphill walk to reach it. The balcony does look out over a fairly busy road and is opposite the exit of the Paradise Park Lifestyle Hotel but does provide a perfect spot for ‘people watching’ and for observing the varying degrees of skill of the many coach drivers as they negotiate the steep slope out of the hotel. As the bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment from the balcony, we were never troubled by noise from the road at night and were more likely to hear sounds from other apartments within the complex but generally everyone was mindful of keeping noise levels down after 10pm. The complex within which the apartment is situated is not too big and the swimming pool is an adequate size. Due to the lovely weather we experienced in February, we used it most days and quite often we were the only ones in the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds with extra beds and seating on a roof terrace area near the pool with lovely sea views. We would recommend the supermarket just up from the apartment called La Colmena as we found that they stocked a wide range of items including many brands we recognised and their prices were competitive with the larger supermarkets in town. The immediate area is well served with pubs and eating places but we enjoyed going to the Cabana Pool Bar in the Los Diamantés 2 complex (the apartment is in the Los Diamantés 1 complex). It’s location is not immediately obvious as the way in is between the Shakespeare Inn pub and the La Colmena supermarket but it is worth a visit. During our four weeks we stayed in the apartment, we had breakfast, coffees, a three course meal and a number of evening drinks there.

  Property is in a great location with a supermarket a minute walk up the road. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Very spacious clean apartment with everything you need including wash machine. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and wasn’t busy. The communication between the vendor and us was spot on . Would definitely return

  It had everything we needed, lovely sunny balcony with sea views in lovely location, the balcony has late morning till late afternoon sun with sea views to the left which was lovely watching the ferries arriving and leaving Los Cristianos harbour …we actually enjoyed just sitting watching the busyness of the hotel opposite!
