Las Vistas Beach caught me off guard, honestly. I mean, you walk into this place on Avenida La Habana and your first thought is probably “okay, another beachfront hotel” – but then you actually spend some time here and realize they’ve got something figured out that a lot of places don’t. The lobby’s got this lived-in elegance thing going on, nothing too flashy, but you can tell they’ve invested in the right details. Staff at check-in actually seemed to know what they were talking about when I asked about the best beach spots nearby, which is rarer than you’d think.

What really sold me was the location – and I don’t mean that in the generic “convenient location” way everyone says. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Playa de Las Vistas, which is honestly one of the better beaches in Los Cristianos if you want that golden sand experience without fighting crowds from the cruise ships. The promenade right outside is perfect for those evening walks when you’ve had too much sangria and need to clear your head. You know what’s actually useful? There’s a Mercadona just down the street, so you can grab snacks and drinks without paying hotel prices – small thing, but it matters when you’re staying for more than a couple nights. The rooms face different directions, so if you’re sensitive to noise, definitely ask for something away from the main avenue side. I stayed on the third floor facing the courtyard area and it was surprisingly quiet, even during the weekend when things get a bit livelier downstairs.

The pool area’s where this place really shines, though. It’s not huge, but it’s got that perfect late-afternoon sun situation where you can actually relax without feeling like you’re in a resort factory. I spent way too many hours there with a book, watching families from all over Europe doing their vacation thing. The bar service is solid – they make a decent gin and tonic, and the staff remembers your order after a day or two, which is a nice touch. Breakfast is… well, it’s hotel breakfast, but they do have proper Spanish ham and the coffee’s actually strong enough to wake you up. I’d say the 8.4 rating makes sense – it’s not perfect, but it hits all the marks you actually care about when you’re in Tenerife. The elevator’s a bit slow and the WiFi gets spotty in the evenings when everyone’s posting their beach photos, but those are pretty minor complaints. If you’re looking for something in Los Cristianos that feels like a proper hotel without the megahotel chaos, this place delivers.

  Very good location and property as close to beach, has pool in the center of the property, so kids can enjoy either pool or beach.
  Also very quiet in the night, so kids could sleep very well and could relax.

  Great location, beautiful apartment with everything you needed with extra bed linen, towels, washing machine & an extra sofa bed if needed. Lots of lovely restaurants and a large Mercadona Supermarket a few minutes walk away. Not far from the beach.The host is very accommodating & friendly. We had a lovely stay & I would certainly return to this apartment.

  What a fantastic property for a family holiday. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a lovely size pool which was pretty empty most of the time. At times it was like our own pool. It wasn’t heated though so was a bit chilly but once in was fine. We used it everyday.
  We were met by the host on arrival who was friendly and showed us around the apartment and complex. We had a sea view from the balcony which was lovely to watch the sunset with a drink. The property is a 5 minute walk to the main promenade in the beach. It’s centrally located to lots of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We have just got back and had a wonderful time. We would not hesitate booking this again. A large Supermarket was a 2 min walk from the apartment.
