Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of beachfront places around the Canary Islands, but Las Teresitas Beach Apartment genuinely surprised me – and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the photos online. The building itself sits right on Calle El Cercado, which is basically a quiet residential street that locals actually live on, not some tourist trap lined with souvenir shops. You know what I mean? It feels real.

The thing about this place is the location – you’re literally a two-minute walk from Las Teresitas beach, which is hands down the most gorgeous stretch of golden sand on Tenerife (imported from the Sahara, fun fact). But here’s what nobody tells you: mornings there are absolutely magical because the tour buses haven’t arrived yet, and you can actually hear the waves instead of a dozen languages being shouted over beach volleyball. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious – I mean, we’re talking about a proper living area, not some cramped studio where you’re bumping into furniture every five minutes. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to hit up the little Mercadona down the hill for groceries, though honestly, the local fish restaurants along the waterfront are too good to pass up. The terrace… well, let’s just say I spent way too many evenings out there with a bottle of local wine watching the sunset paint the Anaga Mountains.

What really sold me on this place was the small stuff – the shower has decent water pressure (you’d be amazed how often that’s an issue in Spanish apartments), there’s actually reliable WiFi, and the beds are comfortable enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a rock. Plus, parking isn’t a nightmare, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot near Las Teresitas on a weekend, you’ll understand why that matters. The owners are local and actually care about the place – they left us a bottle of local honey and some tips about hiking trails that weren’t on any tourist map. Sure, the building’s not brand new and you might hear your neighbors occasionally, but that’s part of the charm of staying somewhere that feels authentic rather than sterile. I’d definitely come back, especially during shoulder season when the weather’s still perfect but the crowds thin out.

  The contact (Miriam) was very friendly and helpful. The whole flat was clean nice and well equipped. We always found a parking space in front of the building.
  
  What could be improved: The only negative I can mention, is that the high voltage wiring above the building sometimes emitted a buzzing sound. It could only heard from outside, so it was not a big issue, but my wife was a bit afraid to sit on the balcony.

  We had a very lovely time in San Andrés. The apartment is far enough away from the main street to allow you to enjoy very quiet mornings and evenings with a great view of the mountains surrounding San Andrès. We had everything we needed and our very friendly and helpful host even left us some crisps and water as welcome gifts. We can only recommend staying there if you plan to explore the northern part of Tenerife, as it is a great starting point for hikes as well as day trips to Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz.

  Es un pisito moderno bien decorado y bastante equipado en un lugar silencioso y apartado del pueblo. Camas cómodas y bonito cuarto de baño.Tiene un mini balcón con vista a la montaña y lavadora. Y una enorme tele, que no usamos. La comunicación con la manager por móvil fue excelente, es muy amable y profesional.
  
  What could be improved: Es muy difícil encontrar ese lugar ( atención, no es Camino del Cercado sino " Camino del Cercado San Andrés") y aparcar en una calle empinada. Queda muy lejos de la playa las Teresitas. Puede mejorar algún detalle, como poner la luz que falta en la cocina pues no se ve para cocinar. Tuvimos mala suerte con los vecinos, una persona gritaba agresivamente por las mañanas. Se lo comentamos a la manager y mostró mucho interés en solucionar eso.

  Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Berg und teilweise. Atlantik Blick.
  Ca 15 Minuten per Fuß zum sehr langen Teresitas Strand und ca 10 zur authentischer Altstadt mit mehren Cafés, Bars, Restaurants.
  Apartment ist groß , und war sauber..
  Super Smart TV mit Programnen und komfortable Sitzgelegenheit.
  Besonders ist, die Sitzmöglichkeit unter der Dusche.
  Kommunikation mit Personal war sehr gut.
  Gute Bussverbindung nach Santa Cruz .
  Eine tolle WANDERUNG in die Natur und National Park,, ist direkt von zu Hause gegeben.
  Werden noch mal buchen.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist ziemlich steilig, am Berg, Hoch zu lafen ist schon anstrengend, wenn man nicht gut per Fuß ist. sonst, braucht man nicht unbedingt ein Auto.

  Nos gustó mucho el apartamento. Tiene las comodidades que necesitas para pasar unos días con familia o amigos. La atención de Míriam es especial, se preocupa en que esté todo perfecto para tu estancia.
