This five-star property sits right in the heart of Bajamar, and you immediately understand why couples rate the location so highly. The lobby has this understated elegance that feels genuinely luxurious without being stuffy, and the staff greeted me like I was staying at a friend’s incredibly sophisticated place rather than just another hotel guest.

You’re positioned right along Tenerife’s northern coast where the dramatic cliffs meet these incredible natural pools — honestly, it’s like having a front-row seat to some of the island’s most spectacular scenery. The Punta del Hidalgo area feels authentic and local, with small fishing villages nearby and hiking trails that lead to viewpoints most visitors never discover. I spent hours just walking the coastal paths, and there’s something refreshing about being somewhere that feels genuinely Spanish rather than resort-manufactured.

Here’s what I really appreciated — the parking situation is completely sorted with free private spaces on-site, which might not sound glamorous but trust me, it matters when you’re exploring the island. The suite comes with a fully equipped kitchenette that’s actually functional (not just decorative), so you can grab fresh ingredients from the local markets and prepare simple meals while enjoying those ocean views. The property maintains that luxury feel without making you feel like you can’t touch anything or relax properly.

  I have never had such a beautiful view from my room before. The surroundings were incredible, the apartment was very clean and modern, we even had some welcome food and drinks in the fridge. I would kill to come here again!

  We stayed here for a week in early March 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the stunning ocean views in what is a beautiful part of Tenerife and the space and comfort of the balcony and all areas of the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay including dishwasher, oven and washing machine. Also, the gated parking meant our hire car was secure.
  
  This is a great area for walkers. The resorts of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo (both within easy walking distance) are very attractive and set beneath the Anaga mountain range. There is a lovely walk that goes past the lighthouse (the white pointed tower seen in one or two of the photos) and then opens up to wonderful Anaga mountain coastal views. Beyond, it is possible to hike up to Chinamada, a small inhabited cave village.

  Everything was fine! The location is amazing, the view is magnificent. We stayed in February, so we saw a lot of giant waves and surfers 🙂 Apartments are very clean, full of furniture and cooking equipment. There are everything we need for vacation and rest (f.e. yoga mat and binocular) so we felt like home. We arrived late, so we were very happy to see some delicious food in the fridge. We definetely want to return in the future 🙂
