  Everything was great! The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from the beach by foot, a lot of stores around. The room was very spacious and clean, as was the whole hotel in general. We really enjoyed the buffet, which was very varied and had good/fresh products. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Fabio (i think was his name) from reception who surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and a piece of cake in our room for my mum’s birthday, Kelvis from the buffet and Alejandro from the bar on the rooftop (he makes the best cocktails by the way). Many thanks to them for making our stay memorable!

  Lovely room, great facilities i.e pool, gym, restaurants, bars etc.
  The food is great- wide selection of well made dishes.
  Staff are very polite and helpful.
  Location is brilliant- lots of amenities and entertainment close by

  The location was super! It was clean all the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, the chefs were incredible at serving a variety of tasty food everyday and waiter/waitresses very attentive in the food hall.
  The pools were clean and one heated and snack bars fully stocked.

  Beautiful modern hotel with lovely rooms. Loved the complimentary bottled water in the room fridge.

  Staff were friendly. Hotel was nice but could do with some TLC. Rooms are spacious.
  Good location..close to restaurants and bars. Short walk into town.

  In general, good hotel with a few negatives.
  We went on an all inclusive stay, you wasn't allowed water to drink as part of the deal, you had to pay extra.
  There was a sunset roof top bar, which again wasn't included in the deal, you needed to pay full price same as anyone else, it wasn't even subsidised if you were all inclusive.
  Most staff were very pleasant just the odd ones shouldn't be in customer based jobs. When you come to check out and they just look at the screen, take your keys and say that's ok.
  What's wrong with a bit of common courtesy, was everything OK, how was your stay, hope you had a lovely time, thanks for choosing us for your holiday, hope to see you again soon.

  Location is very good; facilities were nice with all you need; Personal was great, Suleyman from restaurant was so kind with us since day 1 (all staff was nice too).
  Also I've received a small gift, as my birthday was during our stay, such a nice gesture.
