I mean, you can walk to Playa Jardín in maybe eight minutes, but when you want to grab groceries or hit up one of the local tapas places that don’t cater to tourists, everything’s right there. The building sits in this quiet residential pocket where actual locals live, so mornings feel authentically Spanish – you’ll hear neighbors chatting from their balconies and smell real coffee brewing, not just the hotel lobby stuff.

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. You’re staying somewhere that feels genuinely part of the neighborhood, with all the conveniences you actually need, and none of the generic resort atmosphere that can make every destination feel the same. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to experience Puerto de la Cruz rather than just visit it, this place gets it.

  Отличные апартаменты с удобной локацией для проживания и путешествия по острову на машине. Находятся в спокойном и красивом месте, выезд на трассу рядом. Не было проблем находить парковочное место рядом. Очень чисто, аккуратно, просторно, есть абсолютно все необходимое. Смело рекомендую этот объект для размещения.
