  If You look for silent, peacefull localization – this place is for You. We had 2nd floor appartment. Big open terrace with beautifull view on the ocean and mountain side. Practically no noises, apart from wind, waves. Probably the best to have a car to reach apprtment and the nearby shops near the motorway. Appartment is tidy, in good price towards its presence.

  Very nice hostess. The place is very close to a small beach. The location on the island is convenient, because it is more or less in the middle of island, close to Santa Cruz. Three large supermarkets within a kilometer. Good price for such big apartment.

  We really enjoyed our stay at La Casita Nueva. We loved the location, the quiet and tidy little village. There is a beautiful little beach just a minute away from the apartments. It was never crowded like the beaches in the south. The apartments are very clean, we found everything and more we needed for our holiday. There is a large terrace on the top of the apartment from which we enjoyed the beautiful views. We always found a parking space no matter what time we arrived home. Strategically located for getting around the island.
  Carolina is a very kind and helpful host.
  I definitely 100% recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like a lot of noise!!! And we will definitely come back…

  Carolina(host) is such a lovely and kind person. She waited for us to come from the airport and gave us some advices for the tourist places, beaches, supermarkets, etc… We rented car and for that the location was perfect. The place was very quiet so you could enjoy the sound of waves on the balcony. It was very clean and well equipped(kitchen stuff, towels, hairdryer, etc…) The thing that got me very excited was the rooftop terrace with sea view that all the guests have access to. Such a great deal for the price, and i hope to come back someday.

  La titolare carina ci aspettava per ile chiavi, eravamo 2 famiglie e avevamo 2 appartamenti nello stessa palazzina, sono 2 appartamenti:il primo ha un letto matrimoniale bagno una sala grande con cucina e un divano letto.
  Il 2 ha 2 camere matrimoniali, un letto simglo bagno e cucina
  La cucina super attrezzata e pulita. Poi c'è il terrazzino sopra con un ble panorama e divanetti.
  Tutto ok da consigliare.
  La zona tranquilla e il parcheggio è libero

  Un appartamento nuovo, ben arredato, molto silenzioso (se non ci sono dei turisti chiassosi di sotto), dotato di tutto il necessario. Dalla terrazza di piano di sopra c'è una bella vista sul mare. Nel paesino non c'è proprio niente, nessun bar, negozio ecc. ma questo fa parte del suo charme. Il supermercato è comunque a 5 minuti di auto e il posto è un punto di partenza ideale per girare l'isola. Parcheggio facile e la proprietaria molto simpatica

  El alojamiento súper bonito a 2 minutos de la playa, muy tranquilo y acogedor todo muy limpio y ordenado, con utensilios de cocina, plancha, secador y demás.
