  We stayed in the 3 bed villa, it was really spacious, really clean, had wonderful sea views and was well kitted out with everything we needed.
  
  The hotel itself is less than 15 minutes from Tenerife South airport, is easy to find and has a small deli on site which sells toasties and pastries, as well as a gym, kids club and 2 pools. The pools are not heated but refreshing after being in the sun all day. One was an infinity pool which had spectacular views. There was also free yoga / Pilates classes each morning by the pool. It was a really relaxing atmosphere.
  
  We hired a car from the airport to get around Tenerife and you could pay €7 to park in the hotel underground car park or there is plenty of free on road parking next to the hotel (which is what we did).
  
  The staff were friendly and were very quick to respond to any messages we sent. There was luggage storage and we were able to use the facilities after check out which was amazing.
  
  The town of abades is really small and relaxing, the beach is 5 minutes away and there are a couple of restaurants in close proximity (which aren’t the best), there is a snorkelling / scuba diving centre and on the hill overlooking abades is an abandoned village which has a cool history and was interesting to walk around.
  
  To get to los christianos/adeje/siam water park it’s about 30 mins by car but easy to drive to, parking can be hard to find. This is where the majority of restaurants and excursions are.
  
  There are also 4 or 5 cats that wander the resort, they are all really friendly and we liked the fact the hotel allowed that.

  It’s very modern space, will all necessary amenities and balcony where you can get loungey and get some sun.
  Hotel schedule, provides things to do to their clients with mindfulness, pilates and thai chi classes in the morning. Overall felt like nice and relaxing family place. Very chilled as it is far from hassle of the touristy cities, but walking distance from a supermarket and small restaurants by the beach. Staff were all lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, wish we could stay longer.

  We loved everything! The room is amazing, super comfortable and pretty. All facilities are top of the line and super clean. The staff is also super attentive, polite and friendly. It is super close to a very nice and calm beach and to a small market where we found everything we needed. The free yoga classes by the pool are a super plus!

  We loved our stay at Kora Nivaria beach; the flats are modern and well equipped and the facilities excellent. There are some rustic restaurants in walking distance as well as a small supermarket. It’s a little out of the way of larger beaches/resorts/restaurants but hiring a car is easy and taxis are reliable
