  – absolutely great standard and size
  – the terrace where you have great view for the palms, pool and the house is so bright with the daylight coming in although you can sleep very comfortable in the bedroom curtain.
  – all the kitchen equipment is, there, massive fridge
  – 2 toilets and showers!
  – decent underground car park AND parking outside literally in front of your house
  – it is literally like on the photos
  – good restaurants walking distance from your home
  – little beach walking distance too although it's better to drive somewhere
  – comfy bed
  – nice gym outside with air on with great view
  – really highly recommended
  – grocery shop really close to

  The appartment was brand new ans the building and facilities as well. If you have a car this is a great location to enjoy the small town ans the surrounding. Definitely recommend
