The lobby has this bright, airy vibe that screams Canary Islands without being too over-the-top about it. What struck me right away was how the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there — not the forced smiles you sometimes get at all-inclusive places. This four-star property sits in the Playa Paraíso area of Adeje, and honestly, the name isn’t just marketing fluff.

Location & Setting

The location is actually brilliant, especially if you’re traveling as a couple (which makes sense given that couples rate it 8.7). You’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos but still close enough to everything that matters. Playa Paraíso beach is literally a short walk away, and I mean the kind of walk where you’re not dragging your beach bag thinking “are we there yet?” The area feels more residential than touristy, which gives you a better sense of what Tenerife is actually like beyond the resort bubble.

The Room Experience

My room had this perfect balance — comfortable without being fancy, clean without feeling sterile. The balcony view depends on where they put you, but even the “lesser” views aren’t disappointing because you’re surrounded by volcanic landscapes and the Atlantic. The air conditioning actually works (you’d be surprised how often this isn’t the case), and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you slept on a marshmallow. Storage space is decent too, which matters when you’re unpacking for more than a few days.

Food & Dining

The buffet breakfast is where this place really shines — and I’m usually pretty skeptical about hotel buffets. They’ve got the standard international stuff, but also proper Spanish options that change daily. The coffee is actually good, not that watery hotel nonsense. The main restaurant for dinner keeps things interesting with themed nights, though honestly, the regular menu is solid enough that you don’t need to wait for “Italian night” to eat well. Being all-inclusive means you can try everything without doing mental math, which is exactly how vacation should work.

Why Guests Love It

What makes this place work is that it doesn’t try too hard. The parking is free and actually has space (a minor miracle in Tenerife), the pools are clean and not overcrowded, and the whole vibe is relaxed without being sleepy. You can be as social or as antisocial as you want — there’s entertainment if you’re into that, quiet corners if you’re not. The beach access is genuine, not one of those situations where you need a shuttle or a hike. It’s the kind of place where you settle in on day one and think, “yeah, this’ll do nicely” — and by day three, you’re already planning to come back.

  very clean, staff very friendly, accommodating and approachable. the rooms are clean, semi spacious and sufficient for a short term Stay. the food selection and on site restaurants were average-above average. the fact that this resort has 3 wines, two types of beer and coffee on tap 24/7 is AMAZING!!! the grounds are absolutely stunning and breathtaking. there are multiple pools and walking trails. every night there is a live show/activity center stage. during the day, there are several scheduled events as well. for example, I did yoga one morning and water volleyball another morning, and pool gymnastics yet another morning. they have an app that you can download to see activities, request things, and schedule dinners at any of the on site restaurants. Birthday trip was an absolute success because of this amazing resort!

  Beautiful hotel. Lots of pools so never felt like you were in a huge hotel with a million sunbeds in rows around the pool. Maintained an intimate feel. Plenty for kids to do and a small but decent gym and exercises classes on offer. Beautiful views. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
