  The gardens were lovely. Room was very well laid out. Small foyer, with bathroom off provided separation between corridor door & the bedroom area. Bath & separate shower. Balcony which overlooked the pool. Turn down service with a nightly truffle. Good choice at breakfast. Nice spa area. Loved the sculptured leaves in the foyer. Free parking available.

  The hotel’s appearance with all the art pieces, The spa , the excellent breakfast with its variety and presentation . The Papagaio and Oriental restaurants are excellent .The hotel locarion .
  We would like to mention the kindness of Miss Pino ( Reception Manager ) She has amazing personality , she was the only person who could guide us with the exact information doe Carnival events and helped us with ticket’s Purchase
  The second person who was so special is Miss Karina the hostess of breakfast ans alao was in the Pappagaio restaurant .She was so warm and welcoming for all guests with a huge smile , joy and patience .She knew our namwa without even looking at the lists.Simply a pleasure to meet such an outstanding employee.
