  The property is beautiful and incredibly clean. It is situated with some great restaurants downstairs (highly recommend the Mexican and fusion burger) and has the most fabulous views. I very much enjoyed watching the sunrise over Gran Canaria each morning, the sea view is beautiful as there is sun on the balcony all day long. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we could have needed and more. Lots of clothes storage space and 2 full bathrooms.

  Perfect place to stay, stunning view from side and front balcony.
  Modern decor and clean. We didn’t cook but well equipped kitchen area. Bonus having two bathrooms too!
  Near to supermarkets and on a lovely promenade of restaurants.
  The best one being La Cofradia fish restaurant, with the friendliest waiters/chefs, directly below the apartment. Fresh fish selection cooked to order, with lots more seafood options on the menu too.
