  The cleanliness of the apartment and the great views over the pool and out to sea. Plenty of lifts so no need to climb lots of stairs. Air conditioning is a bonus in the lounge and both bedrooms have fans. Nice not having to search for on street parking although there is a multi story car park just up the hill. The area is relaxingly quiet, though you don't have to walk far if you need something more lively.

  Super comfortable apartment in a very good complex – with nice ocean views from every room, big terase, everything we could need was there.
  Arena beach max 5 mins drive.
  Lidl is nearby.
  Ocean promenade is exactly at the door.

  Appartement spacieux. Cuisine full équipée. Lits confortables et calme dans les chambres. Grande terrasse avec le coucher du soleil en prime. Logement à recommander avec 1 ou 2 enfants.

  Ein herzlicher Empfang, Victoria hatte uns sogar vom Bus abgeholt da wir keinen Mietwagen nehmen wollten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel mit großem Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf's Meer.

  Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé et parfaitement situé et très facile d'accès avec le parking au sous sol. Le check in et check out sont très fluides, la communication parfaite. Piscine dans la résidence très appréciable pour les enfants.

  Обсалютно всё! Квартира очень большая, – балкон реально круто иметь выход из 2х спален.Расположения это вообще кайф смотреть на океан .Бассейн большой, чистая территория

  Что реально радует .Кофе машина, тостер, микроволновка все в рабочем состоянии и новое.
  
  Квартира полностью оборудована всем необходимыми, что делает отдых на все 10 балов из 10. Хозяйка Квартиры очень милая, Виктория- и мы уверены что снова вернёмся в эту же квартиру в следующий наш отпуск. Рекомендую всем! Вы реально останетесь всем довольны!

  Appart dans 1 residence plutôt calme, très bien située, avec toutes les commodités proches. La terrasse est vraiment grande.
  La literie est à la fois ferme mais très confortable….bref, nous avons tous très bien dormi.
  La clim fonctionne très bien
  Le parking privé est très appéciable….
  Au total, on a beauxoup aimé dans possiblement l endroit le plus beau de Ténérife
