The name translates to “Four Windows Ranch,” and you know what — it actually lives up to that rustic charm while still feeling polished. The building has this lovely Canarian architecture that doesn’t try too hard, and there’s something immediately calming about the whole setup. Plus, finding parking right on-site was such a relief after navigating those winding Tenerife roads.

Location & Surroundings

Here’s the thing about Los Realejos — most tourists rush past it heading to the bigger resorts, but they’re missing out. The hotel sits just steps from Playa del Socorro, which is this gorgeous black sand beach that’s popular with surfers and locals. I mean, you’re close enough to hear the waves, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with beach crowds right outside your window. The area feels authentically Canarian, with family-run restaurants and that relaxed vibe you don’t get in the tourist zones. If you’re into golf, there are actually a couple of decent courses within a short drive.

The Room Experience

My room had those four windows the hotel’s named after — well, not literally four, but you get the idea. The space felt airy and bright, with traditional tile floors that stay cool even on hot days. The furnishings strike this nice balance between local character and modern comfort, nothing fancy but everything you need. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail — good water pressure, reliable WiFi, and blackout curtains that actually work. The views vary depending on which side you’re on, but honestly, even the courtyard-facing rooms have their charm.

The hotel doesn’t overwhelm you with facilities, but what they have works well. There’s a small pool area that’s perfect for cooling off after exploring, and the staff can arrange fishing trips or windsurfing lessons if you’re feeling adventurous. I spent one morning just walking along the coastal path — you can access it directly from the hotel area, and it’s one of those hidden gems that guidebooks somehow miss. The restaurant serves solid Canarian dishes, though I’d recommend venturing out to try some of the local spots too. The staff actually gave me great recommendations that felt genuine, not like they were getting kickbacks.

What sets this place apart is how it feels like a real slice of Tenerife life rather than a tourist bubble. Couples seem to particularly love it here — and I can see why, given the peaceful setting and romantic sunsets you get from the upper floors. The 9.1 rating makes sense when you consider the combination of authentic location, solid comfort, and that personal touch you get from a smaller property. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place on the island, but it delivers exactly what it promises — a genuine Canarian experience with all the comforts you need.

  Gorgeous accommodation. We stayed in ‘El Patio’ which had an extremely comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and everything we might need in the kitchenette. The handmade shampoo holders in the shower were lovely, but no labels to say what was in which pot. It was lovely to have fresh flowers in the room. The surrounding garden was stunning and really well kept, so lovely to hear all the birds when we were sitting outside for breakfast and by the pool. The views were absolutely incredible and we would love to return as it was a very relaxing stay. Playa de Socorro down the road was close and a lovely beach. Communication from Lina was excellent and the team very kindly allowed us to change the dates of our stay after we had booked which was much appreciated. Thank you!

  The Villas are nicely designed, have super comfortable beds, and all the key items you would need during your vacation like small kitchen, given the villas are quite secluded and located in a very private environment. The hosts are super responsive and really helpful.

  Excellent pre-arrival communications with lovely manager Lina, who also greeted and showed us around. Lush tropical gardens with several secluded and comfortable seating areas; lovely infinity pool overlooking the ocean; accommodation spotlessly clean and comfortable. A general sense of well-being and calm, set apart from the crowds of some parts of the island. A wonderful retreat for re-charging.
