The room I stayed in had a proper balcony with ocean views — not one of those tiny juliet balconies that barely fit a chair. What impressed me was the attention to detail — good blackout curtains (essential for vacation sleep-ins), decent air conditioning that actually works, and a bathroom that doesn’t feel cramped. The beds are comfortable too, which honestly isn’t always a given at four-star properties. Each apartment-style suite offers generous living spaces and modern amenities.

They do a proper continental spread alongside full English options, and — this was a pleasant surprise — they have solid gluten-free choices that don’t feel like an afterthought. The spa facilities are well-maintained, and there’s a nice pool area that doesn’t feel overcrowded even during peak season.

  This was our first visit to Tenerife and couldn't have picked a better hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. There were enough pools and activities for the kids to enjoy while we rested and soaked in the sun. We went for half board and were very impressed with the spread which kept on changing everyday. The pool tables, table tennis table and small arcade room are nice touches. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always attended to you with a smile. The waiting staff at the restaurant were good and had a few superstars like Julian Peres and Bryan who went above and beyond to deliver a good service.
  Their manager a person called Alberto who stands at the entrance to the restaurant however was not a pleasant character. Let's just say he acts like someone who has lost interest in the job and does not care about customers. You realize that it just takes one person to spoil your stay but luckily his staff came to the rescue.

  Staff upon checkin were excellent. The lady who checked me in was so professional and is a credit to this hotel. I didn't get her name. She responded to my prior requests via email…she deserves a mention.
