H10 Costa Adeje Palace Overview
First Impressions
The H10 Costa Adeje Palace sits right on Playa La Enramada in the quieter La Caleta area, and honestly, the location alone makes this four-star hotel worth considering. I mean, you’re literally steps from a gorgeous stretch of coastline that feels more authentic than some of the busier resort areas in Adeje. The building itself has that modern Spanish resort vibe — clean lines, warm colors, and plenty of terraces that actually face the ocean instead of a parking lot. The immediate beachfront setting provides direct access to pristine sands and crystal-clear waters.
The Perfect Spot
What I love about La Caleta is that it’s got this local fishing village charm but you’re still close enough to Costa Adeje’s main attractions. You know what’s great? Couples absolutely rave about this location — and I get it. There’s something romantic about being tucked away from the crowds but still having easy access to restaurants and nightlife when you want it. The hotel’s position means you get those stunning sunset views over the Atlantic, and the nearby coastal path is perfect for evening walks. The neighborhood maintains an authentic character while offering modern conveniences.
Room Experience
The room I stayed in had a proper balcony with ocean views — not one of those tiny juliet balconies that barely fit a chair. The decor is contemporary without being cold, lots of whites and blues that feel fresh rather than sterile. What impressed me was the attention to detail — good blackout curtains (essential for vacation sleep-ins), decent air conditioning that actually works, and a bathroom that doesn’t feel cramped. The beds are comfortable too, which honestly isn’t always a given at four-star properties. Each apartment-style suite offers generous living spaces and modern amenities.
Dining and Amenities
Breakfast here is actually worth getting up for, which says something. They do a proper continental spread alongside full English options, and — this was a pleasant surprise — they have solid gluten-free choices that don’t feel like an afterthought. The main restaurant serves decent international cuisine with some local Canarian touches. I particularly enjoyed their fresh fish dishes, which makes sense given the seaside location. The spa facilities are well-maintained, and there’s a nice pool area that doesn’t feel overcrowded even during peak season.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the flashiest resort on the island, but that’s actually part of its appeal. The H10 Costa Adeje Palace delivers exactly what it promises — a solid, well-located base for exploring Tenerife’s southwest coast. The staff genuinely seem to care about guest experience rather than just going through the motions, and the whole place has this relaxed efficiency that makes your vacation feel effortless. Plus, having private parking at the hotel is a real bonus if you’re planning to rent a car and explore the island properly. The property combines comfort, convenience, and authentic local character.
Apartments in Tenerife suit remote workers with fiber internet, rooftop solariums, and breezy desks overlooking coastal villages.

This was our first visit to Tenerife and couldn't have picked a better hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. There were enough pools and activities for the kids to enjoy while we rested and soaked in the sun. We went for half board and were very impressed with the spread which kept on changing everyday. The pool tables, table tennis table and small arcade room are nice touches. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always attended to you with a smile. The waiting staff at the restaurant were good and had a few superstars like Julian Peres and Bryan who went above and beyond to deliver a good service.
Their manager a person called Alberto who stands at the entrance to the restaurant however was not a pleasant character. Let's just say he acts like someone who has lost interest in the job and does not care about customers. You realize that it just takes one person to spoil your stay but luckily his staff came to the rescue.Melinda from Switzerland (8/10)

Staff upon checkin were excellent. The lady who checked me in was so professional and is a credit to this hotel. I didn't get her name. She responded to my prior requests via email…she deserves a mention.
Breakfast has a great variety.
Room was clean.
