The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d want from a solid four-star — clean, comfortable, with that slightly Mediterranean vibe that works so well in the Canary Islands. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything you need is there and it’s done well. The beds are actually comfortable (you know how hotel beds can be a gamble), and there’s enough space to spread out your beach gear without feeling cramped. What I appreciated most was how quiet it stayed at night, despite being in such a central location.

  The hotel location is good near shopping and restaurant. Their are many swimming pool suit for family or quite zone for adult only. The night entertainment show is amazing. A variety of foods for all age. We will be back again.

  All breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets are excellent and have a very good selection to choose from. Balcony view and size was amazing. Free lunch upon arrival was very much appreciated.

  The drinks in the hotel were great and really good quality! The Christmas decor was beautiful and really made us feel in the festive spirit. The lobby was very comfortable and made you feel really relaxed. Bar staff were very friendly. The infinity pool and truck were lovely and the barman with the flat cap is a joy to have! He was great! Lovely to have the pool snack bar but we should have been informed of this when checking in and told we had to book it. We would have used this more had we been made aware.

  Beautiful hotel with great staff, especially the ladies on reception. The hotel was spotless, the pool fabulous especially the infinity pool and the entertainment was great. I had my birthday here and the hotel really helped make it special. Would definitely stay here again.
