  I had a great stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was comfortable with a private terrace, and the shared swimming pool was a nice touch. Tetiana, the host, was very friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend staying here!

  The property is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the beach and main attractions. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short-term stay, including all essentials for cooking. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and dining options.
  If you plan to cook your own meals, you may need to visit one of the larger supermarkets, which are best accessed by car or taxi. The property looks exactly as shown in the photos, so there will be no surprises upon your arrival.

  A fantastic, spacious, modern one-bedroom apartment very close to the beach. It was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Finally, it's in a great location at the top end of Playa de las Americas. The host, Tania, could not have been more helpful!

  Great location. Property was spacious including outdoor space. Walking distance to beaches bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay there.

  We had a great stay in the appartment. The terrasse was great for having breakfast in the morning. The appartment is located a bit away from the main street what made it quiet and enjoyable. Parking could become a bit difficult, however, we always managed to find a free spot close by.
