  This is a budget apartment but it ticks lots of boxes. Clean, great location, good balcony with sunset views and a very good shower

  – Emplacement idéal : à deux pas de la superbe plage de sable noir (l’une des meilleures que nous avons vues dans un rayon de 10 km), proche des commerces, restaurants et d’un arrêt de bus.
  – Logement bien équipé : cuisine fonctionnelle avec un grand frigo, de nombreux rangements et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
  – Salle de bain pratique et aérée : présence d’une machine à laver avec une pastille fournie, et une fenêtre qui apporte une bonne ventilation.
  – Magnifique piscine réservée aux résidents, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer !
  – Accueil exceptionnel : le propriétaire s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et de bon conseil. Ses recommandations sur les visites et restaurants ont été précieuses et très appréciées.
