  The location is great. The price is definitely affordable! The owner is a very nice lady. We also had welcoming neighbors. The equipment inside the room is good, new, clean. Overall, we had a taste of neighborhood living and we liked it. I absolutely recommend this for max 1 couple.

  Das Estudio El Ingenio liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt vom schönen Strand Las Teresitas. Die Wohnung ist eingebettet in das Dorf San Andres, so dass man einen schönen Eindruck vom Leben dort gewinnt. Schön, dass der Ort davor bewahrt wurde eine Touristenhochburg zu werden. Es gibt nette Café's und Restaurants und alles, was man braucht. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr praktikabel eingerichtet. Wir haben die Aufmerksamkeit von Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Bananen sehr geschätzt. Auch die Waschmaschine hat uns einen guten Dienst erwiesen. 🙂

  Un estudio muy bien equipo y con todo los servicios para pasar una estancia agradable y comoda, baño amplio, y buena cocina, lavadora secadora, el estudio me gusto. Cerca hay restauración, supemercado, farmacia, etc, tambien esta cerca del paseo maritimo y de la playa de las Teresitas. Me gusto mucho.
