  We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very well equipped. Restaurants was close, it took 20 minutes to walking to the beach. You can always find a parking spot in front of apartment.

  Aufgrund der Lage konnte man fußläufig Geschäfte, Friseur, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc., aber auch den Botanischen Garten erreichen. Es fand sich immer ein Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnanlage. Die Straße, die an der Wohnung vorbeiführt, war relativ wenig befahren. Sehr schnell wurde von Wohnungsverwaltung reagiert, als die Batterien der Fernbedienung und Uhr leer waren oder Fragen zum Einschalten des Warmwasserboilers auftraten.
