Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to El Paraiso de AnaVemar on Avenida Adeje 300, I wasn’t expecting much. The address sounds pretty official and all, but this stretch of Playa Paraiso can be hit or miss with accommodation. Boy, was I wrong about this place.

What actually got me was how quiet it is here, especially considering you’re literally a stone’s throw from all the action. I mean, you’ve got the Costa Adeje madness just down the road, but somehow this little corner feels like its own world. The apartment-style setup (that’s what the “Apto N-1” means, by the way – took me a minute to figure that out) gives you so much more space than your typical hotel room. You know what I loved? Having an actual kitchen where I could make coffee in the morning without paying resort prices. The balcony faces west too, so you’re getting those incredible Tenerife sunsets every single evening – honestly, I probably spent more time out there than I should have.

The location is actually pretty genius when you think about it. You’re close enough to walk to Playa Paraiso beach (about 8 minutes if you don’t mind a little incline), but far enough up the hill that you’re not dealing with the beach crowds stumbling past your window at 2 AM. Parking was never an issue either – something you can’t say for a lot of places around here, especially during peak season. The whole complex has this relaxed, residential feel that I really appreciated. It’s not trying to be some flashy resort, just good, solid accommodation that gets the basics right. The Wi-Fi actually works (miracle in this part of Spain), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the shower has decent water pressure. Small things, but they add up when you’re trying to unwind, you know?

What really sealed the deal for me was the attention to detail. The place feels like someone actually lives there and cares about it – not just another rental property that gets the bare minimum maintenance. Fresh linens, spotless bathroom, even little touches like having basic supplies already stocked. Plus, the owners clearly know the area well and left recommendations that weren’t just the usual tourist traps. They pointed me toward this little tapas place about ten minutes away that I never would have found otherwise. That’s the kind of local insight that makes a trip memorable instead of just another hotel stay.

  La vista dal balcone non ha prezzo, soprattutto all’ora di cena si gode di un tramonto bellissimo. Molto apprezzata la presenza di qualsiasi cosa come il phon, l’aspirapolvere, la lavatrice, il kit monouso per il lavaggio dei piatti. Ci sono anche alcuni attrezzi come elastico e pesetti per l’allenamento.
  
  What could be improved: Forse l’unica nota negativa è il parcheggio che a volte non si trova sulla strada principale quindi sei costretto a parcheggiare a 500/600 m di lontananza; ma per noi non è stato un problema

  A destacar es la terraza con unas muy bonitas vistas y además cuenta con todo tipo de cosas para poder hacer la comida, Air fryer y demás utensilios y además se encuentra muy bien ubicado
