And honestly, that 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. The location is sort of brilliant – you’re technically in this quiet residential area where locals actually live, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters without dealing with the tourist chaos that hits other parts of the coast.

The apartment itself has this lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake. I mean, the furniture looks like it was chosen by someone who actually cares about design but isn’t trying to show off about it. The kitchen – and this is important if you’re like me and get tired of restaurant food after a few days – is actually functional. Las Toscas isn’t one of those areas where every other building is a souvenir shop – it’s where you’ll see Spanish families doing their grocery shopping and kids playing football in the streets. There’s this little bakery about a five-minute walk away that locals hit up for their morning coffee, and honestly, stumbling onto that kind of authentic spot is worth the slightly out-of-the-way location. The coastal path is right there too, so you can walk along the water without fighting crowds for space. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season – the street spaces fill up fast – but it’s manageable if you’re not precious about walking a block or two. The check-in process is refreshingly personal; you’re dealing with people who actually know the area and can give you real recommendations, not just hand you a generic city map. Sure, it’s technically a 3-star place, but that rating system doesn’t really capture what you’re getting here. It’s more about the experience than fancy amenities – though the bed is genuinely comfortable and the bathroom has been recently updated. If you’re looking for a pool or room service, this isn’t your spot.   The apartment's view was amazing. The sound of the waves was super calming. The host was super nice. The locality of the apartment is great there are very few tourists in the area and free parking. We enjoyed the apartment and the whole stay very much.

  Estuvimos muy bien en el apartamento! La vistas son privilegiadas y todo esta decorado con mucho gusto y cariño. El ambiente que nos dio el tocadiscos fue ideal y super relajante!
  
  What could be improved: Como aspectos de mejora del apartamento, solo comentar que seria ideal tener un pequeño calefactor para la habitación (la primer noche pasamos un poco de frío) y un lavavajillas para ahorrar agua y que los utensilios de cocina quedasen bien limpios.

  Attention au GPS qui risque de vous faire passer par des routes très étroites. Privilégiez les axes plus grands même si ça vous prend 5 ou 10 min de plus
