You’ve got authentic Canarian restaurants within walking distance, plus the hotel offers private parking on-site, which — trust me — is worth its weight in gold when you’re exploring the island with a rental car.

  The apartment was immaculately clean both inside and outside. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool and grounds were very clean and well looked after and the whole site was so quiet and peaceful. We used the local buses to get about the island, the bus stop is just outside the top entrance. There are plenty of good restaurants very close by. A twenty minute walk takes you to San Blas shopping area and a further 20 minutes along a lovely wooden walkaway to Los Abrigos, a traditional Spanish fishing village with lots of sea food reastaurants.

  Location was good for us; close to the south airport, and quieter than other more touristy areas of Tenerife. Nice to have a supermarket on site and several restaurants nearby for good choices of food. The apartment is really lovely, super clean, two bathrooms, full kitchen, great patio right by the pool. Loads of towels provided, plus toilet rolls, paper towel, cleaning products, etc. Riko & Werner were very friendly and available to help with any questions. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would choose Duquesa del Mar again.
