  The place was clean and nice. H however, the door only opened once for us. We had to tape the lock open while we were there.

  Location, communication, check-in were great. The apartment is in a great location, very spacious and well equipped for everything you need and more. Keep in mind that unlike other apartments, you won't find any basic kitchen supplies like salt, sugar, oil, etc.

  A nice and clean apartament with 2 bedrooms and a parking place included. The location is the City center where you can reach on foot all major interesting points. The instructions for self check-in were easy to follow.

  Where to start.
  
  I stayed with my parents and my boyfriend for one night. They gave us a welcome wine , bottle of water and some coffee capsule which was super nice after a long trip.
  
  The flat was amazing. Kitchen fully equipped , big rooms, quiet area. I also requested a parking spot however I was sure that is impossible and I was wrong. They left us a remote control for the garage 😊 I didn't used it as luckily we found a good parking spot but was really thoughtful of them. Location is close to everything maybe 10 mins walk which is
  nothing.
  
  Overall I really recommend this flat because it's just amazing . They sent me several emails to make sure I have all the necessary information. It's a number one company in Santa Cruz for me. Nothing to complain.
