  Very quiet and comfortable apartment in great location. Thanks! Plaza de España parking is just 5 mins away and is reasonably priced. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery close by, including a specialty coffee just a couple of minutes walk away.

  We had a great time staying here. The flat is very modern, super well equipped, very comfortable and spotless. There is absolutely nothing to criticise.
  The location was perfect for us and Carmen was very accommodating.

  The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped with new furniture, good sound insulation, and a comfortable bed. The dishwasher was a nice bonus.
  
  We had a minor internet issue upon arrival, but Carmen arrived within two hours (from Los Gigantes!) and quickly resolved it. She answered all our questions and even offered additional cleaning. They also have an Instagram page with helpful information for guests.
  
  We loved our stay and would happily return if visiting Santa Cruz again.

  The apartment is spacious, modern, has good-quality furniture and includes plenty of amenities. The location is great, as it is a 5-minute walk from the center of Santa Cruz. Due to that, the surrounding area has a great variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. The host was responsive and helped us every time we needed. I totally recommend this place!
