Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “CristiSmart Home Hi-End Services Media Streaming,” I thought someone had gotten a bit carried away with the tech buzzwords. But you know what? This place on Avenida Juan Carlos I actually lives up to its rather elaborate title, and I mean that in the best possible way.

The location is pretty much perfect if you’re doing Los Cristianos properly. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the beach – not the touristy stretch everyone crowds onto, but the quieter end where locals actually hang out. Plus, you’ve got that little cluster of tapas bars just around the corner on Calle General Franco that most visitors never discover. The apartment itself feels like someone’s genuinely nice home rather than a sterile hotel room, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to unwind. The tech setup is legitimately impressive – I’m talking proper streaming capabilities, fast WiFi that actually works (miracle in itself), and smart home features that aren’t just gimmicky. You can control the lights, temperature, even the sound system from your phone, which sounds excessive until you’re lying in bed and realize you can dim everything without getting up.

What really got me though was the attention to detail. The place is immaculately clean – I mean, spotless in a way that makes you feel like you’re the first person to ever stay there. The kitchen is actually functional (not just for show like so many rentals), with decent appliances and everything you’d need if you want to grab some fresh fish from the market down by the harbor. Speaking of which, the local market happens on Saturdays right near the old town, and it’s worth the early morning trek if you’re into that sort of thing. The bed is comfortable – properly comfortable, not just adequate – and the whole place stays surprisingly quiet despite being on one of the main avenues. You get some street noise during the day, but it dies down completely at night, which is more than I can say for some of the places closer to the actual beach bars. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area, but there’s usually something available on the side streets if you’re patient. The 9.1 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s that combination of modern amenities, thoughtful touches, and genuine comfort that’s surprisingly hard to find. I’d actually stay here again, which is saying something because I usually like to try new places. It’s the kind of spot that works whether you’re planning beach days or using Los Cristianos as a base for exploring the rest of the island.

  Location was great. Great communication, clean, comfortable, well equiped, hot showers and space. Balcony a lovely space.

  Everything was perfect.
  The apartment was ready for us(bottle of champagne 🍾 including), equipped with high quality appliances, cutlery, entertainment, high speed internet. We had everything included (beach towels, umbrellas, sunbeds for swimming pool, tennis sets) for our vacation. Instructions clear, communication perfect in the background.

  What could be improved: The only downside is that, maybe we should stay longer and the swimming pool isn't heated.

  Apartment was beautiful. Top class very stylish and balcony lovely esp in afternoon . There is a supermarket right at complex very well stocked. Apartment short walk down to sea front. sandy beach further walk over along boardwalk.. Management company great quick response to any query and they advised us we could stay on last day until 6.30pm which was great as next people were not arriving until late.
  
  What could be improved: Works going on in hall ways outside apartment putting in new floors on all floors. Not noisy but if you had buggy it be difficult. Good idea if they had 2 fobs for pool as 5 of us you need fob to get into pool area and need it to get out again even going to shop . Pity no sunbeds at pool even if apartment had 2 at pool with key and chain be handy just suggestion. There was 2 chair loungers in apartment which u bring up and down.

  Great peacefull Location close to the Sea.
  Fantastic apartment. Clean. Good beds. All you need in the kitchen. Nice terrace.
