You know what struck me first about this little studio? The location on Avenida Adeje 300 is honestly perfect if you’re trying to get that authentic Tenerife vibe without the tourist circus. I mean, you’re still in Adeje – so you’ve got everything you need within walking distance – but it feels more like where actual people live, not just where they vacation for a week and leave.

The studio itself is exactly what it says on the tin: cozy. And I don’t mean “cozy” in that real estate agent way where they’re trying to make tiny sound charming. It’s genuinely comfortable for one or two people who don’t need a lot of space to spread out. The setup is pretty clever actually – everything flows together naturally, and there’s this sense that someone really thought about how you’d actually use the space. The kitchen area has what you need for simple meals (which is great because honestly, eating out every night gets expensive fast), and the bed situation is comfortable enough that you won’t wake up cranky. The bathroom’s compact but functional – hot water comes quick, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I’ve stayed.

What really makes this place work is the neighborhood feel. You’ll hear the sounds of daily life – people heading to work, kids playing, that sort of thing – but it’s not disruptive. Actually, I found it kind of soothing after staying in those sterile hotel zones where everything shuts down at 10 PM. There’s a little supermarket about a five-minute walk away where you can grab groceries, and the bus connections are solid if you want to explore other parts of the island without renting a car. Speaking of which – parking isn’t a nightmare here like it can be closer to the beaches. The whole Paraiso Del Sur area has this laid-back residential vibe that grows on you. You’re maybe fifteen minutes from the coast when you want that beach fix, but you’re also positioned perfectly for heading up into the mountains if you’re into hiking or just want to see a different side of Tenerife. The rating of 8 out of 10 feels about right to me – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The TENESOL RENTALS management seems to actually care about maintaining the place properly, which shows in the little details. Clean linens, working WiFi, that sort of basic stuff that can make or break a stay. For the price point and the authentic local experience, it’s honestly hard to beat if you’re looking for something more real than your typical tourist accommodation.

  Very nice modern studio apartment on the 14th floor with balcony giving great sea views.
  Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower and a well equipped kitchen.
  Large pool area could do with some sun shades.

  The view from the apartment was great, with the sea and mountains equally visible from the balcony, as well as the fireworks show on New Year's Eve.
  The apartment had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. We had a very pleasant stay overall.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen drain got blocked on our first night and made washing up difficult.
  There is no parking near the apartment building, sometimes we had to park 10 minutes away as the area got busy in the evening.

  Apartamento con buenas vistas, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Tiene playa cerca, y piscina en la comunidad.Cama muy cómoda y con lo necesario para pasar una semana. El anfitrión tarda un poco en contestar a los WhatsApp, pero intento que nuestra estancia fuese cómoda. Nos proporcionó toallas de playa.
  
  What could be improved: Al apartamento le falta un poco de mantenimiento, la puerta de la terraza cuesta mucho abrirla, está como caída. El lavabo gotea por debajo, y las mesillas tienen una rota y la otra a punto de romperse. Eche en falta unos vasos, solo había dos copas. El resto del menaje de cocina fue correcto.
