  Location, facilities, ease of check-in, pool area, this apartment is a little gem with everything you could ask for in the apartment, WiFi, TV, kitchen, etc. The owners were very helpful and accompanying we had a late flight and they moved our check out time for a later one so we could use the apartment longer, very nice stay, would highly recommend
