Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Tenerife, but this little gem in Palm Mar actually surprised me. When I first pulled up to Calle los Falcones, I’ll be honest – the street doesn’t look like much from the outside. It’s one of those quiet residential areas where you wonder if you’ve got the right address. But once you get inside apartment 3, you realize why this place has that crazy 9.5 rating.

The pools – and yeah, there are multiple ones – are honestly the real draw here. The main complex pool gets busy around midday when families are out, but there’s this second smaller pool that most people seem to miss. I spent most mornings there with my coffee, watching the sun come up over the coast. Palm Mar itself is sort of this overlooked pocket between the touristy chaos of Los Cristianos and the upscale vibe of Costa Adeje. You know what I mean? It’s got that authentic Canarian feel without feeling like you’re completely cut off from civilization. There’s a decent little supermarket about a five-minute walk down toward the marina, and honestly, the seafood restaurants along the waterfront are some of the best value I found on the island.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there – not in a bad way, but in that comfortable, everything-works kind of way. The kitchen had proper olive oil and sea salt, the shower had decent water pressure (trust me, this matters after a day hiking in Teide), and the bed was firm enough that I didn’t wake up with a sore back. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven around southern Tenerife will tell you is a minor miracle. The WiFi actually worked for video calls back home, and the air conditioning didn’t sound like a jet engine – these are the little things that make or break a stay, you know? I mean, sure, the balcony furniture could use an update, and the TV only had Spanish channels, but honestly, who comes to the Canary Islands to watch television? The view from that balcony, especially in the evening when the light hits the water just right, makes up for any minor quirks. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying in a hotel, this is it.

  This is the second time I’ve stayed and it was equally enjoyable. Everything about the apartment is fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you stay. Everything is clean and tidy from the apartment to the grounds and pools. Very peaceful and you would never think you were in Tenerife. Banana trees to coy fish and waterfall. The gym is excellent and normally quiet. Shops and restaurants a small walk away.
  
  What could be improved: I’ve already given this feedback so would not be a surprise to the owner. Due to the really good security, having 2 key fobs would help with daily use of the grounds. Sometimes the neighbouring 1.3 can be noisy. I asked them politely a few times to keep the evening noise down. But please don’t let these issues put you off going. I can’t wait to go back, the place is a mini heaven.

  The full apartment was spotless, cleaned from top to bottom. Sofie the house keeper clearly takes pride in what she does. Apartment is situated in a quiet complex with a very nice garden to chill in. Has everything you need to have a perfect stay.
  
  What could be improved: What would make it an 11/11 it would have been a BBQ. But I’m unsure if they are allowed to have these. But there is nothing to dislike about this property.

  I love everything there. All was perfect. Quiet location, beautiful surroundings, close to the south beaches ⛱️, 10 minutes drive to Los Cristianos.
  The apartment is very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. You can relax on the beautiful terrace with a nice view of the garden.
  Perfect for couples who need relax on vacation.

  Luksusowy apartament w nowoczesnym kompleksie budynków, bardzo ładnie i przyjemnie urządzony, wokół dużo zieleni, panuje cisza i spokój. Wieczorem odpoczynek na tarasie z ogrodem rewelacyjny. Kontakt z osobą obsługującą bardzo dobry, miejsca parkingowe zawsze dostępne. Chętnie wrócimy tutaj podczas pobytu na Tenerife. Polecamy.
  
  What could be improved: Klucze wejściowe otrzymaliśmy jeden komplet. Minusem jest brak informacji przy zameldowaniu, że jak zostawisz klucze w środku to za otwarcie płacisz 50 euro, podkreślam minus to brak informacji na temat tej opłaty, a nie opłata.

  Palm-Mar is de PERFECTE plaats om te verblijven op Tenerife. Het is er rustig, altijd parking, alle nodige voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, leuke restaurants om te ontbijten etc,…
  
  Het appartementsgebouw waar het appartement gelegen is is zeer modern en proper en nogmaals, super rustig gelegen. Het zwembad is groot en nooit overbevolkt.
  
  We werden super hartelijk ontvangen met een rondleiding en wat uitleg over het appartement en de omgeving. De eigenaars waren ook steeds bereikbaar voor vragen en/of hulp. Het appartement zelf is ook super modern en een echt plezier om in te vertoeven. Het is lichtrijk en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een super tof verblijf!

  Complejo espectacular, zona perfecta para moverse por la isla. La atención un 10, llegamos un poco tarde solo nos pusieron facilidades. El apartamento es perfecto para descansar y vivir como si estuviera en casa. Sobre todo destacaría la amabilidad de la gerente del piso, la tranquilidad, parace que estás viviendo en un oasis.. Las piscinas geniales, gimansio,. Un diez no hay nada negativo. Repetiremos siempre que podamos. Estuve seis días y me parecieron muy pocos.
