Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “CONYPRA Modern and Renovated with Terrace WIFI,” I thought it sounded like someone just threw every selling point into the title. But you know what? They actually delivered on all of it, which honestly surprised me.
The place sits right on Avenida de Suecia, and if you know Los Cristianos at all, you’ll appreciate that this puts you maybe a three-minute walk from the beach without being right in the thick of the tourist chaos down by the port. I mean, you’re close enough to hear the occasional late-night reveler, but it’s not like staying directly on the strip where you get construction noise at 7 AM and drunk British tourists singing at 2 AM. The terrace they mention? It’s legit – not just some tiny balcony with a plastic chair, but an actual space where you can spread out with your morning coffee and watch the locals heading to work while the tourists are still sleeping off their sangria.
What really got me was how they’ve renovated this place without losing that slightly quirky Spanish apartment vibe. The WiFi actually works (I know, revolutionary for a 4-star in the Canaries), and the modern touches feel intentional rather than slapped on. The kitchen setup is particularly clever – they’ve managed to fit everything you need without it feeling cramped, which is perfect because let’s face it, eating out every meal in Los Cristianos gets expensive fast, and sometimes you just want to grab some jamón from the Spar down the street and make yourself a proper sandwich. The whole place has this sort of lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental property.
Here’s the thing about the location that the listing probably won’t tell you – you’re actually positioned perfectly for both beach days and those times when you want to escape the tourist bubble. Walk five minutes toward the water and you’re in full resort mode with all the British pubs and German bakeries your heart desires. But walk five minutes inland and you hit the residential streets where actual Canarios live, complete with tiny family-run bars where a beer costs €1.50 and nobody speaks English. The 8.7 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not luxury luxury, it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. Parking can be a bit of a hunt during peak season – I ended up circling the block a few times – but that’s true for pretty much anywhere in Los Cristianos that isn’t a massive resort complex. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that “we need to photocopy your passport and explain seventeen different rules” nonsense. Just keys, WiFi password, and a genuine “enjoy your stay” that didn’t feel scripted.

The apartment has been renovated recently and is exactly as portrayed in the photos. It is in a very central location close to Church Square which is the center of the Old Town of Los Cristianos. It is very clean and the facilities in the apartment were good i.e. shower, kitchen, living area.
What could be improved: Because of the central location we found that there was a lot of 'work' noise during the night. We could hear the bin lorries, the cleaning lorries, and deliveries early every morning. Also with all the restaurants underneath, we couldn't go to bed before 12pm any night. If you are a light sleeper and want a peaceful night sleep, this is not the place for you. We stayed 18 nights and were provided with one change of sheets/towels. We were provided with one extra toilet roll and one spare bin liner. We had to purchase extra for our stay. Considering the amount charged I thought this was poor.Please DO NOT BOOK this apartment. What could be improved: Lack of communication and prompt action for several issues. The access to the property. An old building straight onto pavement and main road. Told it had an accessible lift which is a necessity to us, although this was through a set of three high steps to a dirty, dark, smelly lobby and a further set of steps to an old shaky lift to the first floor or instead of a lift two further sets of steps. When you are in and out several times a day this becomes difficult and at times stopped us from going out. Therefore information misinformed by advert. Small balcony with washing machine. No big enough to sit on plus washing machine broke and it took them a week to do something and was left with dirty, wet sheets on the floor by engineer as shown in pictures. The balcony door didn’t lock and there was no safe to keep passports and valuables, therefore not safe for ourselves from a personal level. The television didn’t work then when fixed no channels available. The table was held together with black tape so couldn’t be used. The two towels left were threadbare and grey obviously with being well used. We had to buy new ones our self. The sheets had holes in them as per picture. We had agreed to have additional service cleans throughout stay prior to going then told that this wasn’t available. The mop and brush left there was disgustingly dirty. Felt like we were constantly contacting people and having to chase up over issues which is not a holiday experience we wanted.
