  Nice large room. Comfortable beds. Cleaned every day. Excellent food.. Nice pool area. Basic entertainment most evenings.

  I liked the room size. It was very clean and good size with a balcony and bathroom. The staff were nice and friendly at all times. Breakfast was ok with lots of food to choose from.

  Was a little worried when I read some of the reviews but we had no problems with bed bugs etc. We stayed in the bonanza and found the reception staff really helpful even if the maids were a little grumpy!

  Food – all meals as buffets so good! meals/dishes quite repetitive, not seasoned well, but it wasn't an issue. For half board it's a bit poor that for dinner it's only water available to drink, should be tea and coffee as those drink don't cost much!
  Room – Firstly I had a room on 2nd floor which was very spacious! however the noise outside was unbearable (lorries and drunk people shouting at night). I changed it to the smaller one on 6th floor with the great help of the reception staff!
  Staff – Nice and polite but not super committed, too many tourists to serve!
  Pool – very nice but the water was quite cold (end Feb – so in warmer months it will be very pleasant!)
  Location – good, it's upper part of Puerto so going to the centre and the beach requires going down 30 min (and coming back up!) Bus stops very near which is very useful if using public transport.

  The hotel had amazing facilities, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, meals available throughout the day. It’s situated in a safe area and a short walk from the main strip.
