  L'appartement est très beau, grand, bien équipé. Face à la mer, très près des plages de surf, planche à voile et kitesurf. La terrasse est grande avec table et chaises longues. Équipé également d'un garage, ce qui est super car il est difficile de se garer dans les rues adjacentes.
  Cuisine très bien équipée, avec un vrai four, ce qui est rare.
  Claudia est présente en cas de problème et propose des solutions.
